I was reading a journal on listening to micro listening to subs say for 3 minutes, how beneficial is this , I’ve been playing my two subs for the full 15 mins , wanted and Diamond, on the prescribed course.
Tuesday and Thursday
Diamond 15 min
Wanted 5 min Tuesday, 10 min Thursday.
Diamond didn’t take effect right away, it took me at least two weeks to see the results.
I am using Wanted Black, the result is instant, but please read the sales page carefully.
The way I see it in my personal opinion, If you’ve been listening to subs for 2 years plus without a break …you can do 15 minute loops plus how would you get the full script after only 3 -5 mins loops ???
It doesn’t take the full 15 to get the full script. The script repeats
