I did something which I stopped doing one month ago. It’s a bad behaviour of mine.

regeneration is working on the more subtle things right now, so I’m not able to feel if it’s working or not

I think Im in recon, i just have no desire to do anything at work today.

The anti recon scripting is amazing. I was guided to the post by saint and fire explaining what happens. It’s like a subconscious structure rebuilding itself so it’s kind of like purging.

At the end of my workday of feeling like i dont wanna do anything, i just grew tired of that shit and just got back into the grove, within 5 mins 2 different people asked for help and I had to stop what i was doing,

seems like a recalibration is going on under the hood

After understanding that recon is just past subconscious structures brought to awareness to just resolve, i have no desire to look at others journals here.

K2 is raising my level of focus to get what I want.
My voice carries more authority now.

Yo @Evolver , I have experienced that sentiment before. There’s still more details and nuance to understanding how others respond to the program that assists me. I’m here after 3 years to read results like these because even though we are all different, as a group, there are patterns and trends that will get revealed over time. Also, in my first years of Khan back in 2022-2023, I made a discovery of how the program results were changing in response to environmental stimulus. So even if we are :100: the same, our data is still diversified and plentiful from the fact we are spread out across the world.

I’m glad you’re making good gains and getting the results you want like voice :muscle:t5: . Keep up the work brother.

I switched back to reg, glm, wanted. I was super dominant on k2, was causing issues at home and work. I also felt kinda lazy.

I will alternate between wanted and ee

I listened to wanted yesterday because I had to have a talk with a girl I’m interested in. Things went well, but before Jan, I have to raise my income as she can wait only till then.

She earns a lot more than me btw.

My head feels heavy. I also have a sore throat so that definitely does not help. I had 2 cute women manifestations.
