I’m thinking he is working on either stark or a new module pack to coincide with the new season and Beyond Limitless plus goodies from other titles like essence modules

Ward off leeches
Something that I think would fit stark very well is the internal freedom, fun, and optimism scripting similar to Primal.
On OG stark I always did like that I can easily switch from being fun and serious

By grace of God I am in a position where the work is quite similar to where a Stark would shine (I think with textbook similarity). What I realised that for innovation - thinking from first principles is very important. The ability to research and go deep is absolutely underrated - and connect the dots. You are not innovating if you have not done the ground work, if you haven’t gone deep in research. Also in this case the ability to understand the ideas (in research) in the most simplest crux and have clarity is absolutely crucial because there is a lot of fluff in the market - simplicity and clarity go a long way in innovation. Then comes connecting the dots, playing around with these ideas and stuff but its important to stay grounded in implementation during this process - its easy to get disconnected from practicality and reality and the ability to effectively delegate it by identifying strengths and weakness in others - during this I realised the more specific you are in input-output that is expected the more effective the delegation. Another is you should have the ability to play powerful/grand narratives for the future and you should believe in it as well - a core feature of being visionary. Of course, this directly helps you with inspiring people as well. Of course, systems thinking is also important as most problems you are solving may involve them one way or the other. Its also important to anticipate everuthing and make preparations - think 5 steps ahead as they call it - so you have a backup plan for everything. Finally, as such people often end up entreprenurs or similar lines (involving their individuality) so that belief in self and resilience is very important - more like the person is the brand. Hope this helps you @AnswerGroup, I am very excited for this title.
Edit : - Btw AI is very interesting, you should use it to gain knowledge and understanding of things, but make sure you think your own thoughts and evaluate its ideas critically. It works good for delegation tasks as well. It can help you refine or help you play around with ideas but again take its ideas with a pinch of salt - it has a tendecy to hallucinate, as long as you are critically evaluating everything you are good.
