Main Disc. Thread - Season 4: Into the Wonder [9.28.25]

Haha yeah! Always loved that scene! And sometimes i do wish subliminals were as easy as downloading them into the mind.

I know. Reality is it would be too much of a change too quick and most of our minds couldn’t handle such a quick and significant change. There would have to be some serious baseline/foundational work first.

Time itself is the greatest transformative force – it is the crucible itself. While everyone thinks they want instant results, imagine if all of a sudden your life completely shifted. For most, it would send them into a crisis.

Absolutely. Different circumstances, but that’s my life right now. Sifting through the rubble, finding myself again and rebuilding my life because of a sudden change.

You can’t really manufacture it, but a sudden external change that alters the status quo makes it much easier to implement a more instantaneous change in yourself. It isn’t entirely simple and there has to be some cause-and-effect or complex equivalence belief between the internal and external change, on top of having the internal one incredibly well defined so that there’s no ambiguity or accidental “side effect” changes.

Similar to why one’s personality may change when moving to a new city/environment, during periods of grief, change in socioeconomic status, etc. I believe it also follows the same logic of how trauma instills behaviors and personality traits, which is why it’s really important that you can define exactly what you want the change to be. You’re essentially hijacking an event to be turned into a “trauma,” positive or negative, to give you a trauma-induced change. You can then retroactively “heal” it once it becomes fully solidified if the generated belief isn’t beneficial. So long as your subconscious has another “reason” to keep that trait, you’ll keep it.

But what about instant results with smaller changes at the highest threshold where it wouldn’t overwhelm?

Isn’t that already what’s being done? I recall a few dreams where I was being asked how much change I could comfortably hold without overwhelming/overhauling the parts of my life I was comfortable with. I’m assuming that’s part of the safety scripting they include. Massive changes capped by how much you as an individual are able to handle at that moment.

That’s they key part right there and it is an incredibly complex area. The brain alone isn’t fully understood how it really works. Sure there are models, and certain understanding but then a discovery is made and those models get rewritten.

Then the subconscious is a completely different level.Yes part of the brain, but so much more. Than, we forget, we are an energy system also. Both Saint and Fire have used the analogy of overloading electrical systems. There have been plenty of people on here who want “more powerful results” and quick. I think we all succumb to that at least to some degree. But if our energy system (our baseline/foundation, etc) isn’t ready than a “fuse will blow” and that is what heavy Recon is all about.

There are plenty of times I’m like, ooh I want to fix this. Oh, and this. And … How can you not with all these awesome updates and new modules? LOL. But taking it a step at a time until you are ready for the next step is the best way to get sure results.

But damn it’s difficult at times. I still want to be Neo. :martial_arts_uniform: and Batman. :bat:. And I want it now.

Literally is an electrical system. A loose interpretation could be flooding a system with more electricity that doesn’t have the capacity or wiring to transport it fast enough. Daily experiences build up and strengthen the neural connections that act as wires and make it so there isn’t a massive buildup stuck on one end with nowhere to go.

Which makes sense that they recommend doing some impactful exercise when running into recon, such as jogging, running, bicycling, etc. Burn off that excess energy. Sugar is an interesting one.

It might be more stress or emotion related. Isn’t it recommended to eat sugary foods or hearty meals during/after periods of acute stress or something? There could possibly be a tetris effect with recon too, lmao. Might just be talking out of my ass on these though.

In all do serious though, the sugary foods and even fatty foods is why people who are under a lot of stress crave that kind of food. The body intrinsically knows.

Not good over the long run, and this is why society is having weight issues. And now the GLP-1 craze.

But I don’t want to open that can :canned_food: of worms.

In some ways I understand what all of you are saying. But I am already in a crisis and would welcome a miracle if that was possible.

Heck I am not gonna let my issues bring me down. Problems have their uses. Either in overcoming them or bearing them if they are unsolvable at the moment.

So am gonna focus on the good. Which is…THE RENAISSANCE MAN HYPE!

Cause this bad boy gonna lift up all the RM series of titles. And the other Cognitive titles too I believe.

And some argument can be made that every title upgrade helps improve the next one whether they are related in terms of goals or not.

So yeah, RM HYPE!!!

Discarding the possibility of integration of instant results in a few seconds/minutes sounds like a big limiting programming in humans right now. As same as discarding miracles - like the so called “fairytales” when someone is being fulfilled three wishes instantly. Which i think somehow, sometime, these type of things were possible.

We are all in this, I see it in myself bigtime.

Maybe this is the next challenge also for SubClub. The reason I am staying here for 7 years now, is that I believe in what these guys are doing and where we are going from here.

Me too. Still we have an edge with this tech :hugs:

Me three. And the challenges ramped up in the last 24 hours.

I intend for us that we pass through these crises and emerge with benefits that we never could have predicted; that the unknown leaves us stronger, healthier, and enhanced. Ready for greatness.

Maybe something that varies person-to-person, but I think how relevant the sub’s content is to you relative to the other things going on in your mind while listening impact the speed of processing and integration. Integration itself will always be a slower process to complete, but I know I and some others can start processing mid-loop, which should at least speed up when integration starts.

We could even argue about what “integration” even is and if it ever really “ends,” but that’s probably more of a @Malkuth philosophical discussion. For the sake of what I’m saying, integration is when results start consciously appearing.

Wao, something goin on on global level? Quite many people are in crisis or dramatic changes in life?

Action is always the driver - you make the changes you want to see in your life, big or small, and the subs will help. Waiting for the subs to change you first is a slow process.

As someone who has made major life-altering changes multiple times I can confirm they are no more difficult to integrate than smaller changes - IF you’re willing to make the sacrifices required and see them through. If you’re not then there’s no point in fantasizing about them, just stick to the pace you can handle and get there the slow way.
