Main Disc. Thread - Season 4: Into the Wonder [9.28.25]

Would you be able to take care of my ticket from 4/22? I’d love to rebuild a NE to try out the new ZPU build but would want my last name to be included in it.

Will look into it soon.

NOTE: With the new custom build, you no longer need to include the Experimental Adaptive Scripting module. The final version is now included with each custom by default.

Do you still need to include Experimental ZPU Anti-Recon module?

Whoops – forgot to mention that. No need with that one as well.

Congrats on the update. ZPU era is coming.

Do you plan to update and give more info about ZPU Build?

This applies to both full customs and major name embedded?

@SaintSovereign does this mean that upgrades will come at a faster rate now? How close is the software to be able to automatically update old titles (that dont require a larger rework) to zpu build

Im looking at a custom that includes UPX and Stark… should I wait or go ahead? And should I add Marvel of Engineering, AI Whisperer, and Technological Prodigy or are they already present? May stack with Beyond Limitless or add the Essence ITW, then stack with ROM.

So EB will be Emperor Ragnarok or Emperor Black Ragnarok or simply Ragnarok?

Similsrly will the names of KB, WB and ASBR also be changed?

Ive got an inkling ordering a ZPU build custom now will mean potentially missing out on a cool module pack fire is working on.

What about Experimental Anti-Recon? Asking for clarity

should have it too

Does the new ZPU build for custom work equally well with all cores or better with the newer ones?
As far as I remember, when the first anti-recon module was released, there was some talk about it working better with newer released sub/cores.
So will the new ZPU build be as effective if I order a major name embed with Khan Black St.4 or QL st. 4 compared to some of the newer released subs/cores?

Bonus question: For the QTSK rebuild - have you decided yet if users will be allowed to amend the customs (even if it is just taking out modules), or will the rebuild option only be for the exact same custom?

A Paragon-inspired module pack (and new ESSENCE drop) would really round out the ZPU launch party

ZPU era is here.

Yes, we will shortly. Right now, we’re knocking out the ticket and customs and installing the new qOS with the information about ZPU, since we know there will be questions. Once that is complete, we will proceed with discussing the ZPU build.

Yep. All good.

Possibly.

Go ahead. There’s no secret module pack in waiting. We wouldn’t update the build AND then immediately release a module pack out of respect for everyone that just ordered customs.

No, no – I can promise you this. We’re going to wait a bit.

The official new anti-recon and adaptive scripting is included in all builds now.

We will give more information later, but with the new version of adaptive scripting (and the new build itself), all cores and modules are essentially upgraded to ZPU without us having to redo large amounts of scripting. It should work equally well, since the Q platform was designed for ZPU’s arrival from the start.

The rebuild option will be the same as the regular customs.

Is the voice upload process being changed or improved?

I remember having upload issues the last couple of QTKS customs I ordered with the file being rejected, something about it thinking my m4a file wasn’t an m4a file, and even though the exact same file was accepted for previous QTKS orders. It added delays having to send a download link via a support ticket, which was rather frustrating.

Will you update previous titles to zpu when the full zpu is released or when all titles are updated?

Yes, we have a prototype of a completely new build process. We just need to test it. That test will probably be public. EDIT: I actually posted a screenshot of it at one point, I think. I’d have to look for it. But, all of the different builds are accessible from a single page, as well as the upload. Also, instead of dropdowns to choose the modules, there’s search boxes. It’s also very mobile friendly.

Any title where the copy and the box have been updated (in other words, any title where there’s a feature list) will probably be “reupgraded” at some point, because the script itself is easy to update. It’s the copy and box that takes awhile.

Emperor: Ragnarok. KB, WB, ASBR are undecided, but the official name for that line is actually the “Artisan Line,” anyway.
