We are still working on the copy changes and the such alongside something else that I’ll announce later. I’m not trying to be cryptic, just ensuring that this particular project will be completed by the stated time.

What if Paragon Vitality was released say 2 weeks ago, would the copy had to be re written as well? Kinda curious

Nope. So annoying. We have pages and pages of legal briefs, and I can’t discuss many of them, but this has to do with FTC case law regarding “opportunism.” It is what it is. Our choices are to rewrite the copy or take a chance that this outbreak doesn’t go anywhere and just wait it out with what we have.

Would a soft launch without the copy be possible? If you guys did that and just had a support article explaining the differences between vitality and normal Paragon, it might work temporarily.

Vitality is such an interesting and novel title that the entire copy is necessary to even understand what the title is intended to do. I believe this would cause more of an issue than if we just rewrote the copy and had it approved. Now, they are aware of our desire to move ahead and promised expedient counsel and looking at the recommended rewrite principles, I am confident that we will be able to move forward.
Now… if this “outbreak” explodes within the next few weeks, I am still not sure if we’d get the greenlight. But again, this is not a @Fire and Saint battle against Legal. Their arguments and briefs are sound. We are taking this as an opportunity to further refine the product. We can work within the limitations given. Let’s just please be patient.

Finally, my hair will begin to regrow! Starting to thin on top and it started to get bad recently so hopefully this helps! Gotta start while the thinning starts lol

I don’t think this will happen. Based on how the virus transmits and spreads, the chances for a major outbreak are extremely low. It is a completely different type of virus than during the Covid pandemic.
This virus does not transmit via air and only very rarely from human to human according to current science. The mass media is just creating empty panic right now, all for views.

@SaintSovereign - could you tell us what the difference is between Paragon Vitality and original Paragon? And is there any advantage in running a combo of both of them in a stack or custom?

Yes, I would concur. As far as I’m concerned, the media can spare me its lies. But you never know for sure, and our Legal team is exceptionally talented. In the rare times that they give us a red flag, we tend to listen. Besides, the new copy is coming out even better than the old version and I think we’ll actually be able to get the greenlight for Paragon Vitality. Hold tight.

I am reluctant to do so out of respect to what @Fire created. It’s difficult to summarize or explain. Even when he was developing it, I didn’t quite understand until I read the script and copy. That’s when I was like “ohhhhhhhh, very interesting.”

It’s not in the development at the moment, but I’m sure we’ll get to it sometime this year. It’s not a difficult upgrade at all. It’s the copy and box art and stuff that really slows us down.
