To me my stack is stable when I have constant momentum. Ie results and if recon results in the same time. Otherwise I am prone to switch

Is it me or does the zpu previews need real less exposure and can be spread apart far and wider wash outs to be more effective?

Absolutely.
Went from 4-5 Min sweet spot to now 1-2 Min sweet spots and I am unconsciously taking more rest days. From my experience the Integration phase on ZPU preview is far more powerful than before and takes more energy, therefore creating faster results.

Yes, and intuitively longer washouts could feel it still processing in a week washout.
I think Saint did mention that zpu would be like that.
Now just waiting when we can use more than three subs.
That’s the only breakthrough left to conquer

Yes, I am noticiting this too.
Therefore, I am doing shorter loops.
And like others, intuitively more rest days in between.
It fells like as if the internal script processing comes in waves.
I am also combing ZPU Preview titles with normal ZP titles and looing what will happen.
Today I did 1 min of Stabilizer + 3 min of ASBR, after 4 rest days.

Your goal is not to consume as much subliminal audio as possible. Your goal is self-mastery and the achievement of your objectives. Sometimes that means listening more; often it means listening less and integrating more.
