I tend to do this as well, run subs on the days or at least close in proximity to the days I plan to take action on them.
Wanted over the weekend, work enhancers through the work week, etc. Can’t confirm better, but it seems to work for me.
Only caviet that comes to mind are growth and transformational subs, like Khan/Emperor etc, I tend to keep fairly frequent and consistent exposure, and then run supporting subs on the days I intend to take action.

What I notice about name embedded customs lately is that the demand seems to have gone up so that in my case at least, the orders always take at least 5 days to fulfill, rather than 3-5. So the only way to get them by Friday is to order them on the weekend before. So it would definitely be nice if Regeneration drops tonight.

Probably be on tuesday tbh, I’m very hyped for this new regeneration experience.
Less sun here in Canada, my mental health is not at it’s best, my hunger is going up like crazy. I track my macro but it’s insane to realise that I eat 3000 calories per day. This summer I had to almost force myself to reach this amount, now I’m at 3000 and I could easily reach 5-6k I’m pretty sure hahaha
Higher stakes in trading also makes it much more stressful, severly impacting my sleep this week. I guess this sunlight exposure change is making me less resilient to stress.
Good time to try out the new regeneration formula, hopefully get even deeper into GLM’s growth path.
