Amazing. Just tested it out with a ticket and was answered within 5 min. How much automation is included with QoS? or was I just the first to make a ticket?
We get proper notifications of new tickets to our devices. Someone saw it and just jumped on it. As much as Iād like to completely automate this, thereās still far too much nuance that a human makes the final decisions on what goes out.
Just to set expectations though, while you can definitely expect faster response times, itāll still be within the 3-5 business day window.
letās just wait and see. This is why SC doesnāt announce release dates.

I canāt even imagine how powerful and life changing it would be wid zpu tech.

Probably not till they are done remaking or upgrading the other titles that havenāt got the NSE stuff yet

I hope people get excited by the sheer possible existence of dragon reborn red wid zpu and begin requesting (re: pestering lol) saint which will expedite the release. 
Probably a lot of people excited for a bunch of subs to be updated with ZPU. (Canāt wait for AEON, updated KB (!), LotS, ā¦)
Canāt wait for EoG: True Sell to come out in the next 1-3 weeks 
My prediction is that it releases on Apr 13 at 8:14 AM EDT.
This will be the ultimate stack breaker

The new Answers Portal seems to be going very well. Thank you to all that helped us test it. If you have a new ticket, please register at: https://answers.subliminalclub.com and submit them there. Starting on Saturday, any new tickets to the old portal will receive a response to migrate to the new platform. Existing tickets for the current support site will still be answered there.
I can affirm that the new Answers Portal is impressive!
It has even anticipated follow up questions I would have asked, and answered them (without me having to ask them)!
The ideas it gave me were fully explained. Iāve found the qOS recommendations to be irrefutable. On one hand, not all of the ideas would I implement based on certain objectives I might have. On the other hand, the ideas certainly made sense, and had solid rationales. Over the period of a few days, I noticed the answers just got better and better.
So in conclusion: 
I just submitted my first ticket to the new system. Iām looking forward to the response. Plus the Subliminal Club Lab is so much fun to play with. Just out of curiosity more than anything to see how different titles will work together
