Just listing 2 to 5 general metrics in a short form would be really helpful for understanding what to watch out for when working with a title and also to get an understanding that something is indeed happening and that a title is indeed doing something (especially with more abstract title themes).
This would be the most helpful for overthinkers like me who will otherwise try to make up their own metrics in their head and then compare those metrics to the results of a sub, potentially leading to wrong conclusions and heavily distorted perceptions.
It is the main reason I journal my experiences and track my listening times in the first place – so that I can see for myself what patterns and causal connections occur and what title gives me what outcomes. Without the desire “to measure it all” and “have full control over my stack and it’s ROI”, I would probably be too lazy to journal in the first place and miss a lot of subtle changes that have occured in my life.
The most important thing for me about metrics is that they need to be tangible and undeniable, i.e. things that one cannot not handwave away even when in emotional turmoil, stressed, tired and in heavy recon at the same time.
Examples for hard tangible metrics:

EE → number of tasks completed per day

WANTED → number of women manifested that gave IOI’s or approached me, physical shifting occurence (e.g. belly fat gone and rips visible)

Wealth titles → number of clients manifested, increase in personal net worth measured in currency, amount of unexpected currency received etc.

Seduction titles → number of approaches done and their conversation rate

Genius titles → number of mental realizations, or number of new concepts understood that previously appeared like rocket science, number of extra things I can memorize

Healing titles → those are difficult, I have no ideas here…!!! With new Regeneration my stress response threshold has become my metric
Having such tangible and undeniable metrics would make it impossible for people to project their recon onto titles (which sometimes happens with me), because people then can simply look at how their numbers changed over time and it will be out of question whether a title has done something or not.

I am having this discussion with ChatGPT on a regular basis.
Very often what it tells me that I should be running and focussing on is not the same as what my mind wants to run.
ASBR and new EE do help me with regards to overcoming this analysis paralysis. But then, while taking action, I am still overthinking. And combined with recon, this often leads to title jumping and constant stack re-evaluation. This morning I was hyped about trying out WDB, but then remembered that I have commited longterm to the new WANTED (until WB update comes out).

I would like to share something that worked for me
If i play paragon solo it works but then if i add spartan and listen same day it causes issues
But if i play spartan 1 day then paragon the next listening day and start noticing results then i start playing them on the same day without any issues,this seems better at dealing with recon than startinf with 2 subliminals on 1 day and starting small,well at least for me anyway
But does make sense tho since your mind would be processing 1 subliminal then rest 24 hours then another then rests 24 hours then can get used to it starts churning out results then you combine them and start listening same day
