Well technically you are correct. They aren’t stages in the classical sense. You are not moving from one stage to another.
Unless you are transitioning genders. 
haha, I don’t know though. I may well have missed something that SaintSovereign said, but to me, given what Diamond traditionally does, it would actually make a whole bunch of sense to have it as a proper 2-stager. One for healing and foundation, the other for the physical shifting, aura and performance etc.
That’s just my thoughts though; frankly, however many stages, I love Diamond and I’m sure it’s going to be awesome either way

Hmm. You guys are making me think of making a bigger jump in my listening time. I haven’t seen much from small loops lately.

I’m never going to advocate anything against official guidelines… I’m stubborn and seemingly a hard gainer. I know this after using subs very many years
However, while I certainly do experience some recon, I personally have seen the biggest results only by using full loops… that is not to say it was instant… it still took me time of being faithful to a particular stack.

I can relate honestly, results are just slow perhaps it is time for me to make a big jump. Not sure if I’m a hard gainer, but I do think I’ve tried to play it a bit too safe.

I knows it’s me…I have years of experience and I’ve introduced guys to sub club and microloops worked instantly for them lol
Success calls for whatever it takes
Some people don’t have to experiment
Others have to try different things

I always have an intuition to increase listening time when the results are slow or not showing enough.
As long as the recon is managable for me, I’ll stick with the new increased time. It’s actually good habit and practice for me because I have to spend more time and delicated effort to self monitor and checking my self thru the day. Which is very good habits to build and avoid unnecessary noise
Seems to depend on the title/subject for me whether micro or full loops, over the density.
