My intuition is telling me that Summertime is going to be both the foundation and the endgame sub. It will work in a full circle from the beginning to the end while learning to enjoy every single moment of it. The Ultimate Art of Joyful Life sub, I would say.

Have been struggling with bad insomnia for a couple of months now.
Something that affects my sleep is waking up and then being unable to get back to sleep due to the classic combo of anguishing over the past and how I wish I could change it, and/or feeling worried or anxious about the future.
With this in mind, it got me thinking that some scripting along the lines of Synergy: Semper Praesens might be an incredibly useful thing to include in the (hopefully) upcoming new Paragon Sleep.
Assuming you haven’t already done so of course, lol 
Just to add, I know there are various subs that can help with the kind of thing I mentioned.
But my insomnia has many factors to it, not just the one I mentioned, and with chronic fatigue, being able to get a good night’s sleep regularly would be a huge blessing and benefit to my life.
I mean I guess that’s true for most people.
So yeah, I could run DR: Regeneration - and I have - or Summertime or Sanguine etc, but I have limited slots and getting my sleep sorted and taking action daily are my priorities right now 
I have had life long sleep issues and insomnia as well. A good magnesium supplement + sleep supplement (melatonin, 5HTP, Gaba, glycine) helps if I’m on track.
Most important I would say is getting up consistently around the same time every day, and keeping physical activity high. If I don’t do that, or I’m up late/out on the weekends nothing really helps, but if I’m in a good sleeping schedule those two things can.
Now a days I always have edible marijuana in the house, try not to take it most days; but on the days I really can’t sleep that will put me out and I’d rather be a little groggy in the morning then not sleep at all.
Just added deep sleep module to a Spartan custom and hoping that hopes as well.
Yeah, it’s a bit frustrating as I feel I’m ticking most of the boxes but the insomnia still persists!
Mainly it’s waking up after 3-4 hours and then being unable to get back to sleep for 2-4 hours after that. Or not able to get back to sleep full stop.
Right now:
I’m taking Magnesium Citrate or Bisglycinate, 5-HTP and Apigenin as a sleep stack.
Trying to keep to a regular sleep and wake time,
I splashed out on super comfortable luxurious bedding and wash it weekly,
no devices/screens/blue light 2 hours before sleep,
1 coffee a day and only in the morning
natural light exposure asap after waking
back/shoulder/neck massage machine as part of my bedtime routine, whilst listening to a Dr. Jeffery Thompson brainwave sleep audio (really works!).
With all that, I feel I ought to be getting a solid 9 hours a night lol 
Do you think RM will be updated in april or may?
Will UWX get an update this season?
