I have to stick to my current stack now. I’ll be adding Ascension Chamber when it comes out tho.

On my side of things, it’s mainly because everything here was open, I could go out and all… Now, everything is closed, there is a curfew and I can’t go to the gym… :frowning:

I’m going on Mogul and Emperor full time!

The worst thing we can do is “sub hopping.” :wink:

Is it true in 2019, the SubClub subs were listened to for 8 hours/day?

It’s true. Some people played them nearly 24/7.

I remember joining and having my subs play on ultrasonic constantly which was around that time.

Damn… so they’ve really become so much stronger in such a short amount of time? From 24/7 to 15 minutes with ZP… unbelievable innovation!

More accurately, 16 hours a day to 15 minutes every other day, which is 1/128 the original time.

That’s true, but with the emergence of ZP sub-hopping should not be as frowned upon as before. Saint has said it himself, that ZP has a significantly higher degree of retention compared to Q. You could conceivably retain quite a bit after just one cycle.

Yesterday I have tried for the first time to listen to three Zp files in one day. Got my first ZP recon today, so I am not a ZP recon virgin anymore :slight_smile:
Going back to the official listening pattern.
And kids do not try this at home :).

How did the ZP recon manifested for you?

Just a headache, took ibuprofen but did not help at all. Time will heal.

Warm tea and chocolate helps too in my experiences.

I am at the gym right now so I am ok but still feeling not totally myself, anyways I will be ok :slight_smile:

Thanks for advices, took shilajit, protein and just right now doing hacken squats.
