Can you pls add standard scripting to all ZP titles that helps you remember those dreams? Man, the ZP dreams are so freaking important and beneficial they are a crucial part of the journey.
Isn’t that the very definition of “hard gainer” though? This is the definition Saint wrote in the ZP listening instruction thread:
“First, when we say a hard gainer experiences nothing, we mean absolutely nothing. If you experience fatigue after listening to a ZP title, you’re not a hard gainer, that’s a result indicating that your subconscious is indeed processing the script.”
I’m interested in the goals of Diamond. I’m currently NOT interested in the goals of SpartanZP, but you’re saying I should run that to get the goals of Diamond? I’m not sure I’m understanding you correctly…
I’m not here to evaluate the effects of subliminals in general or to prove or disprove their effects. I just want improvements in the size/stamina/EQ department down there… That’s why I wasn’t really thinking of the possibility of my response being absent in general.
As for Saint’s response, I agree, it’s just not the situation. If I had recon I’d know to take it easy for a while, do a washout, lower exposure etc. But at the moment I’m just not having any effect/reaction to DiamondZP and I’m looking to solve that, and that’s what the hard gainer protocol was supposed to do, no?
Anyway, following @Malkuth’s recommendation, I’ll post a support ticket and update if there is any news. The reason for posting on this thread was less about fixing my own issue than understanding if hard gainers are supposed to do the 5 day washout as well or keep going, as that could be relevant to other people running ZP titles.
Would love this. I’ve been dreaming so much but never remember them by the time I wake up and I know for a fact I was dreaming about the guy I’m trying to manifest back into my life last night but no idea what it was about.
I have the same challenge with zp . When I play 2 loops back to back . But when I play 1 loop I can remember part of my dreams not all of them . I think this is proplem because of the heavy processing of the zp titles . Not a proplem of script . I said before when I played qv2 back to back I can remember my dreams easily .

I have an interesting question for @SaintSovereign. Well, I think it is interesting anyways.
In the atypical gainers instructions it states: “Since hard gainers have developed mental faculties to reject any and all subliminal programming (at least using the delivery method we use), listening to the same title over and over can result in the subconscious ignoring it even more.”
and
“You will run one loop per day of a single title, every day. If your stack consists of three titles, you alternate each day.”
Now given that information, I wonder if the subs that are in rotation should still be part of the same topic, of if they could be (or if there’s benefit to the being) completely different.
So, running a healing sub on day 1, a wealth sub on day 2, a seduction on day 3 for example.
Could that actually work in favor of the protocol since the scripts are expected to be quite different from one another, or is it detrimental as the listener is focused on too many things at the time (like the old school Mother of All Stacks)?
It makes me think I could do (for example) wealth and spirituality together as long as they don’t run on the same day.

Thanks, I was looking at Stark a while back and I’ll definitely consider that, it sounds like the boost I need but because the description sounded so unlike me, I worried about recon. I think that’s why I decided against it originally.
If I can’t figure something out in time, there’s always the option to do a cycle of Chosen solo and then look at adding on for other areas.
If I may one thing regarding boxes.
Every box picture is very nice made except Sex and seduction.
The sensual lips are great there is no problem. The problem in my opinion is that white background together with those small lips.
It looks somehow empty like someone has started doing it and at some point just stopped.
Edit: I would add at least Red background to just highlight a sexual theme.
Honestly, it probably doesn’t matter. We’re just trying to “shock” the subconscious into acknowledging the sub by responding with recon (or a result), and then you consciously hijack the process by recognizing that it’a a result. Over time, you may be able to chip away at that stone wall you’ve built.
