We went out and met up with some of the girls we’re friends with. They were SO happy to see me, more-so than usual. Was dancing with a group of them and could feel some of the eyes of other girls on me. Received lots of compliments. • My facial hair has grown in thicker and fuller than ever before. I’ve always struggled to grow a beard (had that peach fuzz), but this week I noticed my facial hair was thick enough to the point where I could grow a beard if I desired to.

• My “gains” have been maintained despite this being one of the worst weeks I’ve had workout and diet wise in a long time - just one of those stressful weeks where I ate like shit and didn’t workout once. My abs are still visible and it looks like my muscle mass is still prominent, as if I have still been working out even though I haven’t.

• Facial symmetry. My facial structure, particularly in the area of my eyes and nose seems to be more symmetrical than before.

Today a big fiesta in the village. Everybody with face masks of course. But, I became a real attraction from women from 20 to 50 years old ! When I entered the place, many women looked at me.
