Main Disc. Thread - Quintessence: Zero Point (Experimental) (Part 1)

Yeah that makes sense.
So far though I’m feeling great with the recommended pattern. Zero recon and great results already.

But I’ll trust the process.

I may be going crazy - I never want to dismiss anything I see - however I’m pretty sure after only one loop of WANTED on Wednesday that it has been working on my skin and hair.

I’ve had pretty dry skin recently due to the mix of weathers here but it feels and looks less dry… and also my beard is filling out in the places I’ve been trying to fill out for months. Every time I grow my beard normally I have this little gap that doesn’t grow…right now it seems to be growing a little.

There you go bro

Day 1: 1 loop of ZP title
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: 1 Loop of both Qv2 titles
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: 1 loop of ZP title
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: 1 Loop of both Qv2 titles
Day 8: Rest

I agree I’m realizing all standArd booster modules are way stronger and act like a full on module in a qv2 custom

Yes, we aren’t walling ZP off or not improving the programs. We’re just not considering releasing the technically more powerful versions right now. We’re going to stick with the tech that has been released for awhile.

This is probably all for the best with how thing are going. Maybe one day we will learn to have nice thing and appreciate listening instructions smh

I’ve noticed that there are several people who get tired after listening to ZP. This is something that also happened to me before with Q and Ultima. (Ultima, however, was much worse since I sometimes began getting tired halfway through, so I completely stopped using Ultima titles)

What exactly does this mean? Is this my subconsciousness no liking what it hears and resisting it or just too much input at once?

I wonder if there is any workaround to this as sleepiness is my biggest issue and also a reason why I pretty much reduce my loops to only once every 2-4 days. I wish I could do more without these sideffects.

I think it’s just processing differences in the brain. I’d just run the zp title at night and call it a day. Dont worry too much about what it means because there’s just way too many variables at play.

It’s more about energy drain I think. A bit like how I can do simple work all day long and not be mentally exhausted, but after two hours of complex design work I feel wiped out.

Getting tired from subs is probably far more common than getting energized. And my experience is that both will wear off after a while. I often get energized when I first start listening, then after a week it either normalizes or I start noticing how exhausting it can be.

And for other people it is exhausting at the start because it’s difficult for their brain, like reading a book in a language that you only just understand so you have to read very slowly and focused. Then, once they get comfortable with it, they don’t get tired as much.

Diet probably also helps. Feed yourself with the right stuff and the brain will be supplied with the energy it needs at the speed it needs. Eat “bad” stuff and the subs give data faster than the brain can get the energy it needs to process it.

This makes sense.

This is so true, I actually wanted to add on to this.

If anyone feels like the subs are draining them a bit too much, then check how much food you’re eating.
Yes, some people want to lose weight, however, these subs are using extra resources and even though there’s no way to actually determine the exact amount of calories used up in order to process the subs, it’s still high enough to cause lethargy and feeling drained.
My advice to people is find out your BMR, then add 300-500 calories to it and see how that effects you.
Now some people would say that you have to be mindful of where those additional calories are coming from, but if you’re running a title that has physical shifting, then please consider carbs (especially complex/“brown” carbs) as they can refill your glycogen storages (which if my theory is right, is what actually gets used up by physical tech subs).

I would if it were that easy. For ZP I’m getting the tiredness about 16-24 hours later

Ohhhh that is a tricky one

It would be interesting to know why some people can hear more without getting tired than others. I can remember AMASH who was listening 24/7 without getting tired. When I heard 6+ loops per day (the time before Q) I was so tired that I was litereally dead. I could sleep the whole day and was still tired.

How about some caffeine?

Or maybe check your diet.

Mate that’s a lot of calories  for people who have a tendency to gain mass (fat and muscle) easily, it can be bad Hahaha

my diet is actually pretty good. I’m not drinking any caffeine due to health reasons but caffeine would definitely help.

Just a little note about this which was posted almost a hundred posts ago (this thread goes so fast).

What if you look at it slightly different? What if manifestation is always happening, but we’re not noticing it?

I would argue the universe (or whatever you wish to call it) is always manifesting. The key is to start seeing what it’s manifesting, thus putting yourself in its path.

This way, instead of trying to change something external (the universe and its ability to listen), you put focus on something internal (your own ability to see, to notice).

Of course, if I knew how to do it, I’d already be RICH right now. Supposedly it comes down to the difference between belief in something and the knowing of something. I don’t believe that the sun comes up in the morning, it’s pretty much a given. I don’t even think about it. I mean, if it didn’t I probably wouldn’t be there to not see it anyway.

Instead of believing that you have server-crashing online sales, you have to get to the point where its the most natural thing in the world to have them. Where it is no longer a question of belief. You’d have to try hard to believe you didn’t have them.

You see this concept a lot in manifestation teachings. I recall one that tells you to take anything that happens to you that isn’t optimal, then replay it in your mind with the optimal outcome. Every single time.

So now every time I open my bank app, I cover the screen and envision a 1 in front of the number. One day, it will be there and I will go “told ya so.” :slightly_smiling_face:

My dude, I’m eating around 3500 to 4000 calories per day and I’m still struggling to move my weight past 72-73kg.

WANTED ZP WILL keep you looking your best, but you need to get the energy from somewhere.

I’m actually thinking about trying this one nootropic drink I found from the same company that I used to get my pre-workouts from, it has lionsmane, which if I recall correctly, was in my pre workout as well and helped me during the test when recon hit.

Regarding that, it really depends on genetics, when you eat more, your body will boost up your BMR, that difference can be up to 1-2K calories if I remember the papers correctly. That’s why we have people who eat a lot and have trouble putting on muscle while other people needs to watch what they eat not to get fat

So I would guess it’s basically the same. Make sure you eat enough to process the sub.
