I recently came across the term “executive dysfunction”.

Sounds like a curse on one’s life even if one is intelligent enough to get a college degree.

Having said that, I am interested in knowing what is the best ZP stack for overcoming executive functioning problems.

Are hard gainers actually having executive functioning difficulties?

I was on 8 loops within 20 hours, and it felt sooooooooooo good.

The only “down-side” I experienced was a constant light tug from my inner knowing, telling me that this is not the path for me. Khan is. It’s slightly uncomfortable ngl, as if you are wearing clothes that aren’t your fit. I kid you not, that’s exactly how it felt.

Why you did 8 loops of ZP ?

Saint has forbidden anyone to do more then one loop. If you do not obey Saint you could face being banned.

Agree when start saying i did 8 loops and it never worked. Well of course it did not you didnt follow the instructions.
