Liver King ate raw meat and did a bunch of gear. His ancestral lifestyle was a marketing gig, not a real genuine thing.
lol came here to say this. Pretty much any extreme diet fad follows this same premise. So much misinformation is spread this way, “not eating organ meets are why your unhealthy”, “fasting super charges your insulin sensitivity” “You need to be in Ketosis” lol.
What really works: Eat a moderately well balanced diet and try to reduce process foods, excercise a reasonable amount, sleep enough . Just can’t sell coaching programs and supplements with that headline
Except this isnt a diet fad and still how inuits/eskimos and some africsn tribes still eat and have ate for thousands of years
Could we keep the thread on topic, please.
Just because some have done it in extreme conditions, doesn’t mean it’s good. Same as with subliminals - just because it exists, doesn’t mean the tech is good.
There are optimal ways of eating and nutrition, and less optimal ways. In my personal view, a mix of Mediterranean and traditional Chinese (specifically because of the deep Daoist/alchemical influence) would be the most optimal, due to including incredibly healthy foods from both Western and Eastern views, with much deeper principles hidden inside.
As for raw meat, let’s not espouse that too hard - would rather not have someone listen, then come back and tell us how they got a tapeworm because SubClub told them to eat raw meat.
Don't open if you're squeamish
Seriously
You're asking for it
Fine, it's on you
That’s a tapeworm head up close. And the biggest can grow over 20 meters in length. I think I’m good on raw meat.
Having had some fun, let’s get back on topic now.
based on the most recent data and developments, any estimate on how close we are to a full ZPU title?
Hahaha, love the warnings
Years ago i use to work with a guy who was eating raw meat he was always calling in sick.
Might sound like i am cherry picking but its not a good idea. Besides do you not prefer your food well cooked with lots of spices to give taste etc and make it easier to eat and digest ?. I want to enjoy my food
Its not a preference thing
Im not gonna carry on with this as saint said to stop
But do some research on aajonus vonderplanitz and sv3ridge and watch their content/books it will open your eyes even more than subliminals
In previous years I aspired to becoming more masculine. Reached those levels. Now I really want GLM updated because I seen how pivotal the Emperor Executive+GLM stack is with financial discipline. Also the power and discipline to crush any goals. Though, everything else, eh… I’m enough. I want to stop tiring out on goals and develop an elite level of consistency. Balance is also a theme this season for me.
I don’t freaking think so. Please allow me to inform you of the subtext that everyone is saying. We simply do not want to eat raw meat, when titles like the ones we offer exist to help you improve your health. I don’t want parasites, I don’t want to deal with the nastiness of eating raw meat just for some alleged health benefit that I don’t need.
I do not want to eat raw meat,
Not in a bun, not as a treat.
I will not eat it pink or red,
I’d rather have some toast instead.
I do not want it in a bowl,
I will not try a single roll.
I will not chew it with a spoon,
I will not eat it here at noon.
I will not eat it here or there,
I will not eat it anywhere!
I do not want it, can’t you see?
Raw meat is just not right for me.
Don’t hide it in a fancy stew,
Don’t offer tartare (won’t eat that too!).
Don’t slice it thin or serve it thick,
The very thought just makes me sick.
I do not want it in my lunch,
I do not want it, not a munch.
No carpaccio for this guest—
Please, cook my food, I like it best!
So thank you kindly, now I’ll pass—
Give me my burger, cooked at last!
As someone who has already gone down the Vonderplanitz and Sv3ridge path, I cannot disagree more. In my experience this diet can end up ruining your health for several different reasons. Young men are usually those who end up falling prey to their dogma and extremes, who ultimately don’t know any better. Been there, done that.
Saint is right, these subs offer WAY more than the raw diet or the raw diet community (which is very cult like in nature) could ever offer.
That being said, let’s get back to the subs please.
What’s the end goal of the benefits though? Some of you, I have seen and interacted off this platform and everyone adequately embodies these concepts, even if they don’t perceive it internally. I don’t think raw meat is necessary for a marginal testosterone boost that won’t do much.
Especially when there’s things like Hero or Executive that can realign sleep patterns and cause pivots that substantially impact health and testosterone. It’s the small adjustments that yield massive result.
As soon as I hit not in a bun, not as a treat I hoped for a green eggs and ham rendition. You delivered 10/10
ah, the schizo dudes with outrageous claims that he can’t back up with studies (and half of them are wrong too - for example on salt, fasting and on parasites)
ah, the psychopathic dude who threw acid on his ex girlfriend (or what was the crime he comitted, I don’t remember), and who doesn’t even follow the diet? lol
very good role models
Raw meat does have some benefits, mainly in reducing inflammation by not eating acrylamides (when you cook food, any kind of browning through Mailard reactions creates acrylamides, which are carcinogenic, inflammatory, etc.). It also has more nutrients
Other than that, from my research, there’s really no point in eating meat raw. Raw milk, sure (beneficial bacteria, more nutrients); raw eggs - yes (unoxidised cholesterol, tons of heat sensitive nutrients); raw liver - absolutely (lots of heat sensitive nutrients); raw muscle meat - don’t see the point, except for tartar at restaurants which is delicious lol.
Right? Now I even see new fitness programs spawning on the Internet that are already reacting to this sort of madness: their shtick is to sell you the idea that they’re providing a sane, reasonable voice in a sea of people monetizing the trend that we have now where people somehow try to get ahead in life by “maximizing” something. And in the end, their advice basically comes down to exactly what you said.
Glad to see what skills of writing goes into our mind when we listen to subs!
Nice one!
Honestly, and seriously – back on topic after this. Out of curiosity (because believe it or not, I always look at whatever anyone’s talking about), I went to one of their sites and they were calling it the “NWO” diet. Now I’m convinced that it’s a psyop.
Excited for the new Wanted… but honestly… gotta say this thread has arguably been the most “get back on topic” one I’ve seen on the forum to date Darnit @Tobyone!! get back on topic… ok ok I’m sorry…
