I"m starting to wonder whether some of the effects I’d been thinking of as GLM are actually AEON. There are actually Objectives that show up in the AEON Objectives which are very similar to things that are also cultivated in GLM, but in a different way. For example:
Sustain constant readiness with a calm harmony that keeps your reserves “topped-off,” gracefully managing increased power without overwhelm.
This idea of a “calm harmony” matches a lot with the feeling on GLM I’d been noticing with movements becoming more intentional, and the internal peace / joy that comes cultivating this inner state… it seems relevant to GLM but there is crossover in the objectives.
Also there is
Release tension at the core, experiencing profound relaxation that makes both movement and stillness feel effortless, allowing your body to operate in perfect harmony.
@Sub.Zero had been mentioning these types of experiences, but on the GLM thread, after running GLM. If people are running both GLM and AEON, it’s possible that it will be difficult to tease apart what is happening due to one sub or another.
Is anyone else running GLM and AEON together? If so, what do you think about this?
I only experienced that after adding Focus 10 tape #2 to my routine. Previously, I didn’t experience it when running GLM alone or when listening to Focus 10 tape #2 a couple of months ago.
I returned to tape #2 just last week because of sleep issues, and the next day I experienced no somatic trauma response and lots of calm and feeling centered and solid.
The following day, when I didn’t listen to tape #2, the somatic trauma response came back. Then I listened to tape #2 again, and the next day I had no somatic trauma response whatsoever. Only then did I realize that GLM and tape #2 make a powerful combo.
What I experienced yesterday:
Also, last night when I woke up to go to the toilet, I felt a sensation of un-knotting in my right calf (the strongest sensation there), as well as in the left side of my abdomen and my left arm. Today, I feel MIGHTY—like a demigod.
I can still feel the energy circulating between those chakras, but at a lower intensity. I’ve been experiencing this circulation for the last two days—pretty much constantly.
I used the term “chakras” to keep it simple, since chakras are related to specific qualities (highlighted by GLM) and I don’t mean to imply involvement in practices from that tradition nor do I encourage anyone to do so.

So this ties into one of the reasons that it’s tricky to say what is or isn’t the sub. What I’ve found, and I’ve also seen this in @SaintSovereign’s descriptions of running subs (such as RoS and LB), there is this progression that happens:
- User runs subliminal X. Subliminal X has an objective Y.
- User does not know directly how to experience/bring about objective Y, so they manifest material Z related to this objective. For deep relaxation, this might be a way of experiencing this profound relaxation through doing some activity. Or in Saint’s case at the time it was getting into material about love in the gospels at the time. So you get a nudge to work with this or that technology which you may or may not have heard of before.
- As a result of finding or remembering material Z, and working with it, you achieve the objective Y that is built into the script.
- However, because you think of yourself as a conscious being who does things separately from the script, rather than seeing you and the script as interacting or working together, material Z and thus the accomplishment of objective Y can be written off as something you did entirely by yourself.
@Sub.Zero you mentioned the profound relaxation didn’t occur with either the tape or the sub alone, but only when combined. I’d see this as the two things - your knowledge and the script, working together to reach the goal. Just because you run the script doesn’t mean you’ll immediately start using or finding the tech to reach the goal, and such because you have the tech doesn’t mean you’ll use it in the right way unless you’re given the motivation. There is this tying together of self, technology/information, and script that has to happen in order for the objectives to manifest.
Does that make sense?

I see it as a synergy between the state tape #2 helps me enter and the subliminal results I get from GLM—I’m convinced that the state I achieve through tape #2 helps me execute the scripting.
In my case, this happens because that synergy neutralizes, or at least greatly reduces, the somatic trauma response that would otherwise diminish my subliminal results—especially with alpha subs. These are linked to the most traumatized of my chakras, the solar plexus chakra, which GLM directly addresses, since that chakra is associated with Fire, Power, and Action, as you know.
I’ve noticed that the more I’m focused when entering the state tape #2 helps me with, the more profound my subliminal results with GLM become.
In summary, I believe that the state I enter through tape #2, together with GLM, works in synergy to eliminate my somatic trauma response stemming from my damaged solar plexus chakra and help me fix that chakra. I also believe that the state induced by tape #2 could help in healing other chakras as well, provided they are addressed by the right subliminals and supported by additional practices if necessary.
That’s why I suggested that perhaps the anti-recon tech could somehow “mimic” the state that tape #2 helps me achieve. I explained this here:

If you look at the features and scripting that GLM includes, in line with the way SC builds there subs, you won’t find anything about chakras. You’re saying GLM “addresses” the solar plexus chakra. It doesn’t actually do that, it is attempting to bring to manifestation a number of different experiences associated with stoicism, peace, joy, adaptability and so on. You might experience things which you associate in your own semantic vision or personal belief system with a blockage in a chakra, but this is the result of a process which is not tied solely to some part of your subtle energy system. It’s like a chain of internal events that leads to experiencing a blockage which you then work on with this tech.
I know you are separating the use of the tech from anything in the script. The fact of experiencing profound results makes the method that led to the results personal to you. You’re also suggesting a connection between the state achieved by this tape and some of the anti-recon tech, or GLM itself.
I don’t sense disagreement with the general principles I’m putting forward. The profound relaxation scripting I mentioned was mainly in AEON anyway, although there are aspects of it in GLM also. What I am saying though, that I don’t know if it is being communicated clearly, is this:
That what we are thinking of as separate things (subliminal manifestations or information or tech, you as an individual, and the script with its objectives) are actually flowing and working together in such a way that we sometimes see our own action taking or random events that bring us information as separate from this running and processing of the subliminal, but they are actually not separate, that there is feedback happening between what we ordinarily think of as separate systems, in an intelligent manner.
To explain this any better I’d need to get into Advaita Vedanta principles or holographic universe theory stuff and talk about deep stuff people normally don’t, but bottom line, TLDR, is that in this thing that we do saying “subs caused this” and “I caused that”, we are seeing a very pointed example of the illusion of separation. And it’s worthwhile to be aware of this when working with the subs so we don’t fall into the trap of trying to figure out causality when it is the process and the interplay that is more important in creating the final outcome.

No doubt about that, mate. I’ve simplified all of this for a reason, and I’m not claiming anything—I’m just expressing what I believe “my method” could accomplish. I’ll be working with it, and only then will I truly know.

That’s cool and all, but I’m pointing out that the connection to the solar plexus is not present in the script, which I think is important to distinguish because when people start talking about concepts like chakras or plexuses which have association with New Age or this/that religious tradition, some individuals are going to inevitably associate this discussion of chakras with the sub itself. And then we get that whole ridiculous “subliminals are occult or black magic” trope. I’m just pre-empting that.
I kinda touched on three different sets of insights across those posts, so apologies if it comes across to anyone as confusing.

Completely agree, if i cant directly manifest results of the sub i will manifest a person, or a system or something else to help me reach the goals of the sub.
