Currently running True Social and I gotta share, makes me feel confident, chilled and in a good mood.
Reduced overthinking too.
And the first loop ain’t even over! Changed my rough mood pretty quick.

Excited to try later the Ultimas.

@RockyHandsome @pacman One thing I have noticed so far is that I’m not obsessing over the past or mistakes I have made. I would rather put that mental and emotional energy towards moving forward and making the best life for my wife and I.
Also it probably doesn’t hurt that I have started drinking more water

@clancygilroy Executive is just get shit done straight away where as BLU is more putting thought into the reasons for getting shit done. The two work very well together as @SaintSovereign can elaborate on

Well today I ran 1 libertine trying to pump up my sexual energy and two executive.

Honestly, I don’t know why, my libido is low as fuck. Maybe it’s the change in temperature…

Maybe I’ll run 1 loop executive per day and 1 loop commander.
