This will probably be good to run solo for a cycle! Just to see what it does for me.

Good stuff, good stuff.
Amazing song.

I’m very curious about this one, Seductress has been in the work for a loooong time… Built up from seductress black which brought new ideas to the table.

What’s new with this version of Seductress? Can’t wait to read the copy.

My fiancée usually don’t really care what I make her run but this time she was curious to read the copy and see if she’s interested.

I am hoping this will be ready before March 10 when I embark on a 3 week journey: Conscious Business Accelerator Course / Community of over 7K people.

Alright, I decided to put the lyrics in chatgpt and this is what I got :

The lyrics of this song are rich in metaphor, particularly drawing on themes of temptation, pleasure, indulgence, and defiance of conventional morality. Here’s a breakdown of the clues hidden within the song that might hint at the upgrades coming to Seductress:

Key Themes and Possible Enhancements

  1. Sensory and Physical Magnetism
  • “Pleasure’s at the tip of your tongue”
  • “Take a bite, take a bite, boy / Come taste the fire and the sugar in you”
  • “And it’s sweet, never sour / And I’ve been waiting for hours”
    Possible Upgrade:
The new version of Seductress might emphasize sensory appeal—enhancing a user’s voice, scent, or even their presence to be more intoxicating and irresistibly alluring. It could include affirmations for an aura of sensual magnetism, making interactions feel electric.
  1. Irresistible Confidence & Temptation
  • “Look, I shouldn’t be a temptation / Because the leaves should heal the nations / But it’s true… You make me wanna leave Eden with you”
  • “Is saying no something you wanna do?”
    Possible Upgrade:
The revamp likely focuses on making the user a “forbidden fruit” type of seductress—someone so alluring that people feel compelled to chase after them, even against their better judgment. This could mean affirmations for an air of mystery, an intoxicating presence, and effortless persuasion.
  1. Sexual Energy & Presence
  • “I’m just waiting here ready for you”
  • “You know I couldn’t leave well enough alone”
  • “What you waiting for, isn’t this fun / To turn away from the things we should’ve done”
    Possible Upgrade:
There’s a strong emphasis on passion and physical connection. The upgraded version may amplify sexual energy, making the user more desirable on a primal level. It could include scripting for body language, voice modulation, and energy shifts that make interactions more seductive.
  1. Liberation from Shame & Guilt
  • “Baby, we ain’t got nothing to blame / and I ain’t holding my head in shame”
  • “And we can’t take the weight of our wrongs / So, let’s get this on”
    Possible Upgrade:
This suggests the new Seductress will include scripting for shedding inhibitions and guilt around attraction and pleasure. It could help users fully embrace their power without internalized shame or social conditioning holding them back.
  1. Power Over Partners & Situations
  • “And since I’m feeling ripe, boy / I’m just waiting here ready for you”
  • “Take a bite, take a bite, boy / Come taste the fire and the sugar in you”
    Possible Upgrade:
There could be new scripting around controlling the rhythm of seduction—drawing others in, making them wait, making them chase. It may introduce elements of “feminine dominance” where the user dictates the pace of romantic or social interactions.

Final Hypothesis on the Upgrade

The revamped Seductress will likely be an amped-up version of the original, focusing more on sensory magnetism, sexual energy, irresistible confidence, liberation from guilt, and control over interactions. It might introduce a darker, more femme fatale energy, making the user not just attractive but dangerously alluring, much like the archetype of a siren or enchantress who leads others into temptation.

I actually had this stuck on my mind for a bit and I decided to share it here even though I felt it wouldnt be a good idea at first.

This song is really nice. It is. It sounds good and all but I just cant help but get the feeling as if it was written from a perspective of a man to another man. Even when I listen to it, I feel like Im a guy listening to some distant woman try to lure me in but she doesnt feel real. It feels like sweet soft words guys want to hear but as a girl, I didnt and couldnt get into the perspective of the female singer. It just doesnt sound like something a girl who is living her best life and seducing men would say or even sing about. And you know I know that these songs are just a fun creative way to expand on these awesome titles but its just what I noticed. And I also from a personal experience can say that writing female dialogue and characters and expanding upon them is really really really tricky - far more tricky than writing good male characters for some reason - even for other female writers/creators and its just so so so easy to slip into some stereotype or just generally end up with something that feels cold and not like a real human being. But yeah! I just had the feeling like the song was written for mostly guys to listen to it and I wouldnt mind!!! I just feel like that might not have been the intention here considering this is a title for females (mostly Id assume). Id say Arcane series is really great at this because they manage to write female dialogue so good and real and fun. In fact they didnt write the women there as women but rather as people. And thats really rare especially in story telling these days at least and Id assume not so long ago in the past too. It actually reopened my eyes to how deep females are just as much as men with real thoughts and problems and challenges completely independent of dating and weird stereotypical shit people sometimes say about that gender. Every time Id recommend it to someone they always say “oh yeah my girlfriend wanted me to watch it etc” so I would assume it speaks to a lot of other girls too and they want their boyfriends and male friends to see that depth of themselves too. To feel a little more understood and not boxed in or seen as surface leveled through the stories Arcane told so far. Or maybe thats just me overthinking it all and projecting whatever. End with the Arcane rant I just throught Id give you guys some food for thought considering I heard you might be releasing more future female titles and the perspective from which the song gave me the impression from was not the perspective for a girl to take on? Hope this is somewhat understandable and not too messy of a message.

I myself am kind of looking into how to write women. I had such a hard time doing so without making them feel boring or weird. Maybe thats why I picked up on it. This video / channel goes through some of that. Might be helpful, might not, I dont know. Just sharing it. Thank you for your patience guys.

I think this is good to share and be open about. And you’re right, guys typically haven’t been great with writing women. Subconscious influence plays a part in that and what type of media was pervasive and still is. But it’s a fun little song at the end of the day. But I get what you mean, as enchanting and seductive as she is in the song it still carries the energy of her being smitten by the guy vs the other way around.

The song is still good and Id listen to it I was just throwing out that it came off as the perspective the listener would naturally take is a perspective of the guy listening in. And maybe that was the intention. I wouldnt have known and I know full on well that subclub is really really really good at being always unbiased especially in these things. I also wasnt trying to say that people in the production or the owners couldnt write women or wouldnt be objective. The point was more of - that song seemed to me that it was going for the perspective of a listener being lured in (in most cases for a guy to be lured in by this woman) rather than the listener getting to see themselves in the singer with ease for some reason (now mentioning the current or possible future users of seductress) purely based off the way it was written. And if that was the intention, thats fine! Take this all more like me brainstorming.

I think open dialogue is good. For all these songs I always saw them as a third party sort of spectator, so whoever is listening to them like it’s a story not really intentionally gendered.

Consider looking at the lyrics again and focus on the imagery. This song is actually a short treatise on the nature of desire, and how it can sweep people into moments of passion. Notice how the narrator / singer is clearly in complete control of the interaction, using incredible charm to draw in their lover. But this is just the external form of an inner process.

What does this imply? Mastery of her own desire, freedom to choose how she expresses herself regardless of what society thinks, or wants, she wants her night of pleasure, and she will have it. And as I stated in multiple threads, this goes beyond sexuality.

Seductress is a title about mastery. Not to mention, this song, like every song received the “archetype” treatment, meaning you are looking at a very heightened archetypal interaction rather than some kind of feminist or patriarchal commentary.

The goal — as with all art — was to trigger an emotional response prompting the listener to evaluate and explore the self. Is the song really just “men writing women badly,” or is there more that’s being missed due to an internal assumption or deeply ingrained belief serving as a mental lens that colors the reaction to the song.

For example, the following lines:

I shouldn’t be a temptation
Because the leaves should heal the nations

Is a metaphorical reference to the divine marriage at the end of the the Book of Revelation, in which divinity and and the material world is no longer in opposition, but rather merged and operating as a unified whole, imagery that suggests the uniting of “yin and yang,” of mastery of both your inner and outer worlds, meaning this Seductress is now striving reaching toward mastery, and she can use her charisma to heal, or she may indulge and enjoy the sensual pleasures of life.

Whatever path she chooses, it will be decided by her:

Baby, we ain’t got nothing to blame
And I ain’t holding my head in shame
Since it’s all the same
Day in, day out, but you can take away my pain

Instead of seeing this as an interaction between a man and a woman over a romantic proposition, what happens if you instead view it from the lens of the Seductress speaking to the sides of herself that she has felt forced to neglect.

Whether that’s the part of her that has craved business success but feels society has oppressed her, or the sexual side that she has never felt free to explore because society has placed stigmas on women enjoying something as quintessential as sex.

Regardless, this Seductress is essentially “seducing” herself, and she will have her way.

Don’t worry, Seductress is not what everyone thinks. It’s either going to hit the mark or bomb out. Very polarizing and bold. And coming in a few days.

fair enough! I didnt look that deeply into the lyrics. And youre right Im absolutely putting out there something that I see through my own lenses. I wrongly assumed what you guys were going for and even after that its up to the listener to see the best in the song and generally in all sorts of things around us. It can be understood and enjoyed in many diverse ways.

Well, it’s a good thing that you are viewing things through your unique lens, as this is a great opporunity for you to engage in deep self-reflection. By this, I’m not saying that your viewpoint is “wrong,” and you also raised some great discussion / contemplation questions and topics. Instead, I mean that when strong emotions arise, that’s ALWAYS a good time to go a bit deeper.

As for the title itself, we believe we’re going to deliver. Everything was made with balance AND exploration in mind. This Seductress will leave an impression all she meets.
