I’m in the middle of washout.
5 days ago my knees stopped aching.
My knees had been getting worse every 3 months aprox, now the pain is gone.
Now i feel strange sensation in my wrists and forearms, i think some kind of rearrengement could taking place.

RM prompted me to finish a musical project
I’m rediscovering and discovering a lot of music.
My music analysis criteria has improved in a huge way.
LotS
Despite not going to Gym and eating crap i maintain my shape and a decent amount of muscle.
My knees keep on improving.
Lately the aspect of my face is better despite sleeping poorly.

While i was doing cery light exercise my muscles regrew rapidly
My face is more defined
My knees are healing, i had knee pain for almost the last 3 or 4 years

RM and LotS
Seem to be antagonistic although i know LotS is 100% Physical shifting
RM motivates me to stay at home learning, creating, analizing music.
I don’t give the body the exercise, nutrition and rest it deserves.
But the level of musical insights i’m getting makes the regret almost inexistent

Tuesday night 3rd loop of RM + LotS
Now that i’m back at gym.
The soreness seems to last more than before.
Let’s see what happens in the near future.
I remember people posting honest thoughts about everything in their own journals.
Somehow a comment in my own journal gets edited for expressing my thoughts.
No wonder some people choose to journal privately.
