Tuesday night 3rd loop of RM + LotS

Now that i’m back at gym.

The soreness seems to last more than before.

Let’s see what happens in the near future.

I remember people posting honest thoughts about everything in their own journals.

Somehow a comment in my own journal gets edited for expressing my thoughts.

No wonder some people choose to journal privately.

What did you write for that to happen?

I wrote that there are very sensitive people in the forum

4th loop of RM + LotS

Last night 5th loop of RM+LotS.

It’s incredibly the hunger to learn musical related material that i (re) gain running RM

I’m learning new things and relearning old concepts rapidly.

I must take it easy because music knowledge and learning is a potential rabbit hole.

My knowledge of filmaking technical aspect is poor.

But now i’m seeing the subtleties and intrincacies of good movies making in a more clear way.

Definitely, my will to practice, learn and improve my music technique is bigger than my will to exercise.

Since RM is opening new possibilities for me, pushing me to decide to invest more time in creating music i will moderate my effort at the gym.

I will follow a light to moderate exercise program.

2-3 times per week.
Eating good quality and nutritive food.( Not a strict clean diet)

Slightly above or slight below maintenance calorie consumption.

Supplements: Whey protein now and then.
Mineral and vitamin supplement

Tecnique:

Only weight lifting, proggressive overload. Barbells, leg press machine, chest bench, etc. Average: 3-4 series, 8-12 reps.

Cardio: walking 2-4 times a week, 30-40 minutes.

Sleep: 6,5-8,5 hours

That’s all

Incidentally i will possibly be making one the best tests of this title.

I’ve never taken creatine and i don’t think i will do it in the near future.

No need to say: i have never taken steroids and i will never do it.

I’m a middle aged man, with interests that are outside of fitness competition, so i won’t become a rat gym nor a self-obssessed instagram bodybuilder.

So, i think i qualify for a decent, non-biased test for this specific title.

I will give it 6 months to conclude if the description in sales page does it justice.

So, taking into account this is an 100% physical shifting title it makes sense thinking that maintaining this moderate program should bring noticeable, nice results.

No articles of faith involved, no astral projection to the gym, no jungian psychology justifications.

Just a humble old classic and reliable test.

6th loop of RM+LotS

Today i spent the morning binge-watching videos about guitar technique and audio configuration.

As a common habit here in Buenos Aires while watching the videos i drank a lot of mate, Yerba mate, an infusion that in sufficient quantity works as an energizer. I ate some biscuits too.

Then i went to the gym

Despite no pre-workout food or supplement

The 5 or 6 types of exercises felt very smooth and easy.
Almost effortless.
Maybe it was the Yerba Mate, maybe it was LotS.

It will be more clear in the following gym sessions

7th loop of RM+LotS.

(End of 3rd cycle)

Ending the washout.

Last days have been awful.

Low energy, sleepiness, a little anxiety.

I know it has to do with RM as i have been thinking pessimistically about my art and about the art world in general.

Now, the dark cloud is dissipating.

I’ve found i can sing better with less preparation ( less warm-up exercises)

Last nite

Fourth cycle of LotS.

First loop.

Contrary to expectations, my appetite has been reduced in the last weeks.

My pants (trousers) are beginning to get loose.
