Something interesting to report.
A friend of mine in another country is going to give a speech or presentation online at conference organized by an NGO in my country. The President of my country is attending the event and my friend wants to make sure that the topic of her presentation will interest the audience.
As the topic is about youth leadership, she has been asking me lots of questions about youth leadership in my country. Unfortunately, I don’t have much knowledge about this topic, and found it hard to actually provide her with useful input.
Interestingly, last night, I was contacted last minute by an acquaintance, who was asking me for an advice on a career move to my industry. I somehow found out that he was very knowledgeable about youth leadership in my country and has done much work for that particular NGO. More importantly, he had heard about the event where my friend would be giving the speech, and told me he could he could give her some input.
Well, its a plus one for referrals and networking.

That’s just wonderful 
Its funny but recently I’ve been thinking in other languages that I am very familiar, and sometimes not so familiar with. A lot of foreign language phrases that I have picked up in my life - some forgotten - keep running through my mind.
interestingly, this comes at a time when I am spending a lot of time working in another country, where I am familiar with the language of my co-workers and speak to them in their language as often as possible.
Yet, those foreign word phrases that keep in playing in my head are not of that language I am using often in this workplace.
I wonder if it’s a sense of depravity, and a desire to live in a more international environment instead of being stuck in a remote place with myself being the only person who isn’t of the sole expat nationality nor a local citizen.

Dreaming about events that are supposedly taking place at the same time as or close to the duration of my napping.
Started dreaming about my clients at the workplace over here. Must be getting too immersed in this environment.

Interesting dream last night where I was killing a lot of cockroaches.
I have a fear of killing cockroaches in my real life - so i wondered whether I was overcoming that fear in this particular dream.

5 minutes of DR:LD, 3 minutes of Genesis ZP.
Today should be the end of my second cycle of Genesis ZP.
Haven’t seen the full power of DR:LD yet since I have only run it twice, but will run it with whatever subliminal I decide on in the next round of subliminals after the washout. Perhaps I will try out Wanted Dark ZP in the next round.
But I realised that my work environment though pressurizing, had staff who operated in a light-hearted manner, while I found that as a “foreigner” (someone not of the dominant expat nationality nor the local native nationals), some external clients of the company who were also “foreigners” like me actually found me easier to talk to.
