Then if we start taking into account social conditions of blacks in the US and Canada it becomes an even deeper story.
Socioeconomic, education, culture, upbringing, percentage of single parent households, etc etc.
The minority group gets even thinner for business representation

I spent years helping online business owners with their marketing. People would be shocked the number of Black people that are making money in that field. Especially black women. As far as the coaching game, black women have that lane on lock (from nutrition to career advice to dating). I know because I used to run ads for them.

Just did a 3 day camp trip with the gf.
Apart from small subliminal results, I’ve got nothing to report except that it was peaceful, blissful, connecting, calm, all I wanted it to be.
One thing I will say is that it feels like it was a great end to the last chapter of my life, and/or a great beginning to the new chapter that’s about to start. I’m excited.

Had a call already, lined up a few more. & I’m Trying to get some closure, even just clarification, from the old company on what happened m. I’ve done a lot of reflecting on all of the things I could have improved, the ways I was abrasive, etc. I know now that this stemmed from me being difficult to work with, which caused whatever conspiracy/whatever caused this in the first place. I take ownership.
So long as I take action and don’t feel fear about not living up to the expectations I set on myself, things should go great. I’m noticing fear setting in, but taking action plows through that.

This book is VERY MUCH so a “phones are killing our focus” book but also SO MUCH MORE
“Slow” activities improve focus (writing, tai chi, yoga, meditation, walking, literally physically/mentally slow stuff)

I just read that book last month. Cut my screen time by a half hour a day roughly, still too much. Did bring a book to work so i don’t veg out on my phone all break long. It seems to be catching on as there were more people reading books than phones the other day.
