core primal fear, death.
core primal desires,
survival and procreation.

everything else we do, we want,
an intellectualization
of those 3.

Funny like we struggle so hard to treat each other as people instead of playing tribal games. We still as a whole havent figured it out. And we will not for a long time to come. Far after we are dead.

People are told to go to college to get a certain outcome. If you can get the outcome you want in your own personal life without it that’s all that matters. You’re just cutting through the societal nonsense and fear that has people seek safer routes which ironically turns out to be not as safe as advertised.

You can do the worst things and you can be the most horrible person ever but if you can do it with charisma, it’s okay. You can say anything that you want as long as you do it in a way that is confident. You’re gonna be fine.

It is impossible to continue to live without killing other organisms on daily basis. Every adult has possibly killed over billion of lives if you count microorganisms. What is the difference between washing my hands and killing thousands of little bacteria and killing a cow. Or a dog. Is there a difference in terms of… spiritual consequences? Is the form of the body that which makes a life more or less valuable? Is is the difference between me and a fly in terms of value of life. Because I’m smarter? Bigger?

If you look weird or ugly a lot of people will hate you.
If you are beautiful, a whole lot more people will love you.

Life is amazing

I’ve worked out consistently for close to 15 years, at least 2-3 days per week when life gets busy, + when I have the time. Number one secret, get a really good pre-workout supplement and take it first thing in the morning so you have no choice but to go to the gym because you’ll be cracked out on caffeine lol. Some good heavy music, and the preworkout flowing and it is basically the highlight of my days now, it’s harder not to go to the gym then it is to go.

Holy shit really? What do you take?

Typically switch off between these two, Bucked Up is good as well and you can find that at most supplement stores.

OR if I am feeling agressive: Edge of Insanity by Psycho Pharma | #1 Strongest Pre Workout Supplement

^^^ Disclaimer, last one kind of makes you feel insane but will have the best workouts of your life lol
