Or even something like Ultimate Artist paired with a spiritual sub. Switch things up & explore new territory.

Why? Is this because of what other people may think? Dropping or getting over things quickly is so liberating.
We can change our “identity” with practice & conscious effort.
I get you I had that problem too in the beginning.
Like most things this is a double edged sword. I have had a lot of things where getting over them was liberating but there is another side to it.
When you don’t care about a lot of things in life, you don’t put an effort to strive towards what you want in life because after a certain point you stop caring. You get over your own goal, if that makes any sense. This has happened a lot to me.
It also makes it especially hard to maintain any kind of relationships. Because after sometime when you have “gotten over it” you start taking things for granted.
As the saying goes, “Too much of anything is a bad thing.”
How long was the beginning?
I’ve been using subs for 2 years now.
Yup! I feel ya.
Nothing in excess is my new motto.
A year or so. The fact that I can’t buy much given my purchasing power right now definitely helps.
Basically getting over things is a super power when dealing with traumas, bad experiences etc.
But it is like a curse when you “get over things” that would definitely be good for you.
Anxiety = scared of the unknown/future
The fix for that is having more faith, either in something greater that will always take care of you and provide you with what you need, or in yourself.
IMO
I love how Dr Joe talks about this topic.
We create the future so essential there is no unknown when we’re being conscious creators?
“Everything always works out best case scenario.”
I imagine the best of the best outcomes.
That is a nice skill to have.
That anyone can practice.
I’m still practicing of course.
One day at a time.
