Today i had a dream when people slept in my room, they wore shoes on the bed.
I wanted to shout at them “get tf out of ky room” and instead i didnt say nothing and was nice to them, felt like a coward in the dream.

Yeah this pissed me off the most, on this thing i actually said “no shoes on the bed please” and took his shoes off for him.
Also the same night i had a dream when i had anxiety and couldnt talk to no one but everyone tried to speak to me and i just kept walking.

In my country, we do not wear outside shoes in the house not to mention in bed.

In the house is ok unless they are dirty, but never on beds or sofas tf.

Yes, swearing makes it more clear how outrages for someone to be with shoes on my bed, i dont like people on bed at all, so with shoes? F no.

But if taling serious, primal makes me talk how i wanna talk to people without thinking “is it inipropriate or maybe they are not used to curse words” Like i used to.

Of course im not cursing anyone or be not polite, just using swearing in general more, it feel more natural.

Since starting eating carnivore and dp8ng lew frequancy low volume high intensity workout program im growing and getting stronger crazy fast.

I work each muscle every 12 days, 3-6 sets to failure, so every muscle recocers fully before the next workout.

If anyone wants to try this is the program:

Chest + Biceps:
Incline dumbbell bench press 3 sets
Flat dumbbell bench press 3 sets
Bicep curls 3 sets
Abs 3 sets

2 days rest

Quads + calves:
Squats 3 sets
Calf raise 3 sets

2 days rest

Shoulders + triceps:
Overhead press dumbbell 3 sets
Tricep extension 3 sets

2 days rest

Back + hamstring:
Pulldown 3 sets
Cable rows 3 sets
Hamstring curls 3 sets
(You can do deadlifts instead of hamstring curls and remove 1 back exercise, or keep it if you want)

Every single set tp absplute failure 110%

Also im thinkihg about the progression and i will do something like this:

  • Primal → Primal Seduction → Khan
  • Lbfh → PCC → HOM/Stark

Soa basically primal is foundation for khan and pcc is foundation for hom/stark, lbfh for healing before all of that.

Im doing a private detective course, so i wont be doing lbfh i will use QL instead, which will not only help me in the study but also in solving cases.

Primal + QL = The intellectual caveman.

Did my first loop of QL1 with primal, immediatly i felt more aware and energized, after 10 mins i started getting slow and sleepy, my brain started hurting and it only got worst.

So im sitting on the couch warching anthony chaffee for some carnivore info, than my head start aching, a pain inside my brain started, and i got really sleepy.

The pain got worst and worst ajd i couldnt concentrae on video, so i lied down to sleep, the pain was extreme but i fell asleep eventually.

I slept for 4 hours in the middle of the day even tho i slept good at night, i never take naps btw, had an extreme sexual dream amd woke up with a brain fog like i didnt in a long time.

This subs are powerfull.

Proof my testosterone is increasing thanks to primal + carnivore:

The shoulders, upper chest and traps have the most androgen receptors compered to other muscles, this is why when a bodybuilder takes steroids all said muscles explode the a freaky level, my shoulder, upper chest and traps are growing insanly fast.

My traps and neck became thick, 3d shoulders and my upper chest is becoming fuller.

Also my arms are finally growing.

And i dont need to talk about the crazy libido increase.

Priaml results:

  • when i get social amxiety, instead of becoming awkared, i relaxed into tue anxiety and embrace it, than my mind tells me “relax everything is ok ypu got this, its not anxiety its excitment”, than the anxiety goes away and im free
  • some days my balls hurt for no reason, like blue balls kinda pain
  • a lot of sexual dreams, wet dreams, higher libido
  • more masculine and dominant
  • watched porn only once this week (or maybe ot was last week i dont remember

I still dont have the balls to approach woman, but primal made me optimistic, i know i will do it and become good with woman.

Next cycle i will add emperor fitness e, i really want to become as big amd strong as possible.

So my stack next cycle will be:

  • Primal
  • Quantum Limitless S1
  • Emperor Fitness S3

When i reach QL4 i will also change to EF4 and maybe even make a custom of them.

I will run this stack until 2024, maybe add pcc and switch to primal seduction along the way.

So i changed my workout, same split just a little different, 1 set of 20 instead of 3 sets of 10-15.

The 20 rep squat program blew up ky legs in the past sp ik dling it again, and thought why not do it with all muscles since its so effective.

Didnt train properaly for a long time, my best squat was 100kg for 3 reps, my best with for 20 reps is 75kg (at 68kg bodyweight), today i did 60kg for 13 reps (63kg bodyweight).

Really looking forward to adding ef3 for my stack and blowing up my muscles.

QL1: mote vivid dreams (mostly sexual because of primal), can meditate for longer, less desire to watch tv more desire to be productive.

Decided to not add emperor fitness, reasons:

  • i hate running more than 2 titles, feels unsemetrical
  • dont need to overload my subconscient with scripts for stuff i can do alone, i can grow muscles alone
  • might use it when i reach my peak, so i can push ot even further

No its more important to focus on my alpha develpoment, my mind, mental abilites.

So only primal + QL until i reach stage 4, than i might switch for primal seduction and maybe add pcc.

  • i feel and know that i can become the best at everything i do
  • i feel i can learn anything
  • i have a desire to learn random stuff on the internet
  • better memory, focus, awareness
  • going to take a QA course since its good money (good money for now)
