Interesting I didn’t know Minds Eye could do that. How crazy sharp can you actually see on it?
My concern would be bad memories being more vivid and that causing emotional turmoil.

Memories will always be there, but the emotional effect they will have on you will change.
All of the healing subs on SC do what you are after. Regeneration takes the approach of taking you into them and changing your perception of them. Khan ST1 completely destroy them(not the memories, the traumas and bad emotions anchored with them).
These subs can help with PTSD.

As a a kid my imagination was so much more powerful and vivid and as I grew older rhat visualisation ability has become all dumbed down.
I wonder what makes most(I believe) adults lose their visual imagination.
Don’t get me wrong I can still imagine great things but the visualisation is not very vivid and if I try to re imagine the same thing its not consistent its a new visual/ perception of what I’m trying to think up in my mind.
Run Dragon Reborn multiple times in its entirety. You won’t forget things but they will have very little impact on you

maybe not delete them, but you can compartmentalize them, and heal from them so you essentially almost forget about them, and they no longer affect your day to day.
