I got headphones but after studying more and more of the subconscious mind. I truly believe falling asleep to the sub seem to work best for me.
But doing that with headphones is not nice .
So is the speakers on a iPhone 14 pro enough ? I have experimented a bit with it.
And to me it seem to work even though it’s
Less intense but the whole concept of putting on headphones before sleeping make my conscious mind a bit defensive almost .
