Is there a Q-module or a single stage subliminal that helps to integrate our shadow?

What does integrating shadow mean?
Good question. I’ve not seen any that directly mention shadow work.
I may put it in the Q Module Requests thread, if you don’t.
However, the module that came to mind immediately was Arcane Mastery. I think that one could be consciously guided to work for shadow work, no?
I AM as well, though I would have to look that one up again to refresh my memory of its function.
My idea of a custom is:

Conscious: what you perceive.
Shadow: that which you have not acknowledged within yourself. You may have heard people tell others that a person is ‘projecting’. I’m no expert but the basic way I can break it down is that we tend to internalize trauma and if it’s too painful, we can compartmentalize elements within our own psyche, causing certain issues.
I’d love to give my view on the shadow but as I’m sorely unqualified and detest giving out erroneous information, I’ll tag someone that I remember created a post a few months ago for the purpose of this very discussion with a certain, opinionated person.
And seems to have at least an iota of accurate info 
Edit: I’m sure @Simon could have something useful to add, as well. Whether he does or not…

Thanks I think ZP has been pointing out to me that I have to resolve things with my shadow - otherwise I won’t get much out of any subliminal no matter how powerful it is. Too much suppression and pressure from the various pendulums.
I need to get all my mental stakeholders to sit around a table to have a good face-to-face conversation with one another.
But I don’t think I want to spend so much money on a custom subliminal so maybe I will stack Sage Immortal ZP with something like Limitless ZP in the next round.
