In the programming and tech domain there is a lot of of opportunity to make money. I’m in the management domain, so for sure I can make 6 figure revenue, but to reach the 7 figures I’m not really sure how!
Join Cloud Computing! It’s technically still on the newer side (Even thought it existed for almost more then 10 years lol). GCP itself is worth $225 billion so there’s so many opportunities and tech in particular will always be needed even as our world becomes more AI/automation dependent, tech employees will still be needed (Since someone has to make sure that we create more and more innovations;). My recommendation for making 6 figures in the tech space would be cybersecurity or Cloud Computing. Thought Cyber Security is harder to get into now but if you do get into it, I know a good amount of friends that make 100k base salary from not even managerial positions (Cyber Security researcher and Pen Test) so there’s a lot of opportunity! As far as 7 figures it’s a bit harder to get into but it’s possible! In this avenue, my suggestion would be to either create a business that you know will make a lot of money or get a managerial position at a FANG company (Some of them might make 400k but with stock options and bonuses it puts them at 1m). I’ve done a bit of programming in my early 20yrs old. I quit because I didn’t like it. I chose management because I really prefer the domain 
When you launch a cloud computing project, it’s basically some server, you install a program on it or something? Recive data, execute code and send data back? Edit : I’ve read a bit about how to get into cloud computing.

I agree with everything you said. Making 100k is like pretty easy in IT. I went from 18k to 100k per year with my first job at Ford motor. It’s a lot of mental work but it definitely pays off. I don’t know any other discipline where you can make career so fast !! If you are a bachelor , you can do two jobs and make 220k , easy. You don’t even need to be an awesome worker. Just solve couple of incidents, lol.
Plumbing is another area which a friend of mine go into years ago. He is earning over 100k.
