This is interesting. I think it’s all how you approach it.
I’m coming from a bottom up approach. Minimize the necessity of needing to use intellectual ability to overcome emotional issues and reactions.
CBT’s widely considered to be the most effective and used therapy tool for a reason.
I have to emphasize this is my strategy. If a pattern of illogical panicked thought erupts from a triggered past event it makes more sense to me to target the root vs trying to wrangle with the expressed thoughts because of it.

commander is #1 closest to what im looking for that i have found so far for sure.
if normal humans are 5/10 in level of emotional control/making good decisions even when someone does something that angers you/emotionally disturbs you
if the average human is 5/10 in this aspect then commander takes me to 6/10 or maybe 6.5/10 so it takes me to slightly above average.
im looking for something to take to at least 8/10
i have used commander on and off since it was an ultima so its unlikely continuing to use commander will get me there since if it could it would have by now.

i ran QLM stage 1 several cycles and it helped for sure but not to the level i was hoping for.
commander helps more,
QLM stage 1 is #2 behind commander of everything i have tried for this.
yes im strongly leaning towards this after my washout.
i think GLM is form same family as commander and commander has helped the most so far so hopefully GLM takes it to even higher level.

St4 for me, but I have over 2,5 years of experience of Khan and all the stages. But the Khan Complete is just the most stable and well rounded Khan experience to me by far. But ofc it also comes down to your own level of development in which stage fits you th most right now.
