How much seconds do you increase your loops by?

Agree. I’d personally do at least 3 full loops for maximum exposure. It’s what I do now.

3x full minimum. Then microloops seem to work better for me after that.

I start at 30 seconds and increase by 30 seconds until I get recon (as long as it is manageable), then stay at the manageable recon time till it stops, then add 30 more seconds etc.

What’s wrong with staying at 30s indefinitely? Why do you need to hit 3 mins at all, let alone with a time limit?

69 is my number

If I don’t get recon then I increase the duration by 1 min or 2 until 15 minute loops.

Sometimes I don’t increase the time if I am adjusting to a new title.

It comes down to preference and finding your right balance between results and minimizing recon.

I usually start at 30 sec. Then up up it to 90 sec. Then I go to 3 min. Then 5 min and I stay there. I rarely go beyond that.

Im not sure if i should increase my next listening time by 10s,20s or 30s

Don’t you get high recon?

In that case, keep it low i’d imagine.

In the past yes but i have more experience with subliminals now before i would get scared of it and go back down now i fight the recon and wait till it subsides

Im just gonna have to experiment

Saintsovereign ran all 4 stages of KB, never went past 30s on any title, got incredible results.

There’s no need to increase if you have a sweet spot.

Yes, i also get bad reccon with loops longer than 30seconds…even 2 subs at 30s each create some light headaches.

I presonally feel the energy in my body during listening to the subs…as soon as it start to get stuck and overwhelm my system, i stop…so anywhere between 15 and 60 secs.

Saint says right here the goal is to move beyond 30s. Unless that’s changed recently.

I also want to add that i get better results with longer exposure with full loops of paragon compared to 3 minutes and its a big difference too and with khan black i also noticed with longer loops i had better results too i forgot wich stage it was but one stage i listened longer than usual and had a wet dream the next day lol

lol, sometimes if you rock the boat too hard, it leaks

One of the tai chi brocade exercises is very good for preventing wet dreams specifically. It’s called “Two Hands Climb The Legs.”

Perhaps the whole routine is good for your physical/mental health but that one in particular is good for wet dreams

Full loops gang.

I have ran maybe a handful of shorter loops.

Definitely, and I’m willing to go through the recon.

Generally the recon subsides in less than 12 hours.

Same. I tried Microloops, just a few times.

For me, I don’t really experience recon anymore.

It usually happens when I am running titles that don’t fit my “baseline” and then especially if I am swapping titles too often.

Whereas I’ve been running Stark Black and Limitless (some variation of it) since January, when Stark Black was released.
