Helping with recon

Maybe you can try this, it is a derivate of Arginine.

The first time I flew to China with my gf (now my wife), I took some ā€œtravellers probioticsā€ and was so sick I couldn’t move… we almost missed the airport shuttle as I was sick in the hotel room at 4am… but the yogurt I make works quite well. Not the cheapest, but it’s good stuff.

Yep that’s common. I’ve had one of the most extreme biohackers in the world tell me I was crazy for how much melatonin I take, but after much experimentation and several years now on this dose, it’s what works best for me, so… :man_shrugging:t2:

I track with an Oura ring, and my sleep is measurably worse when I don’t take the melatonin. But indeed, everyone is different.

Firstly I was quite shocked when I saw yours 10mg. Very high. Once I tried 3mg and that was very high for me. Maybe you are already dependent on that dose, I read that it can happen with taking Melatonin regularly.
Actually, I have Oura ring too. When I have over 80 score either readiness or sleep I have a good feeling. Today I have had 72/74 so nothing extra.

Wow I had no idea that recon was related to acetylcholine levels in the body. I would like to know more about the supplements that you people use for recon.
