Hello, I am planning to purchase a headphone. I have a question regarding the frequency. Which headphone is better, a frequency of 5 to 22,000Hz or 12 to 22,000Hz. Which headphone is more effective for subliminal club audio?

Both are more than good enough. Here is an info from Fire about the frequency range.
If this applies to speakers, it also applies to headphones.

The first has more low end response, if that’s means better to you.
In terms of the SC audios they are both ok

As it was said above, in terms of SC audios they are both okay, but I’d go with 5-22kHz range headphone which has wider range.
