I’d add that porn abuse plays a major role in this as well.

Yes, Diamond and Primal Nights seems a good combo for my issue. And would not need Sex Mastery, as i can master sex through practice having the assist of the first 2 cores.

EDIT: Just looked, it isn’t. It could be the result of the scripting that just overall enhances all sexual functions, including appearance (erection strength) and the such, especially if this is something you consciously wanted.

This title is highly recommended from my side.

It is almost single handedly resolved my major troubles with ED.

It works like magic. One loop a week is all it takes to be ready for all potential sexual encounters. Very easily aroused, EQ is great and great ejaculation control. No recon whatsoever. Also I suspect my gym performance is a bit better as a result of increased testosterone.

@Palpatine has an important point. To add to what he said, I once heard an interview with a physician who said that erection problems might be an indication of a blood flow problem that is more systemic. In other words, this physician said it might indicate a cardio-vascular disease.

So while Diamond might well help erectile problems, I would wonder about overall health.
