Just an FYI, I caught COVID on Friday and immediately downloaded Aegis Initiative and started listening 3 to 5 loops a day.
I had several ideas to help deal with it and heal.
Then the big breakthrough was yesterday. My gym membership has a Red Light Therapy booth. I did some Googling and found out that Red Light helps the immune system and has been shown to cut COVID recovery time in half.
I went in yesterday, did a 12 minute session and this morning I woke up feeling great. It’s mid day now and still feeling great. Not sure if I’m healed but I’m certainly happy with my trajectory. I’m going to do another Red Light session this afternoon.
I also stopped listening to all other subs so all my mental energy could be spent on healing.
Anyway, my point is that I think the Aegis Initiative sub did exactly what it was designed to do and I’m grateful for it.
I assume @Fire is listening to that or a custom version of it and thus will be well soon.

I caught covid 3 weeks back along with the rest of the family and I also listened to aegis lol first 2 day’s for me was a real . Supposedly zinc helps. I take one daily now.
But get well everyone and fire ! I wish everyone a happy healthy 2022

Thanks y’all for the good wishes. Everything is well over here - at this point it is just a light, annoying cough that is going away.
While I was unable to put in as much time as I’d have liked into development, @SaintSovereign and I used it as an opportunity for in-depth strategy and planning - which was quite worthwhile.
All in all, wasn’t too bad and I have already nearly returned to the usual routine.
