Few questions about Renaissance Man

I am considering buying an Alpha Title and am considering Renaissance Man since it could stack well with Quantum Limitless. But not much info is there about Renaissance Man on the forum, so I have a few questions.

1. Will it help with anti PMO?
2. I am a very fearful and insecure person. To the point I can feel a source of fear in my body. Will it help me lessen this fear?
3. Will it help me cultivate self discipline and self control?

If the answer to above questions is “no” than which other alpha title would you recommend?

Small sub, fast acting, full alpha. I overlooked this subliminal because the copy is old and not really sexy compared to the newer subliminal description pages.

Actually that’s the second sub I was considering, since I am a beginner and QL is my first sub and Ascension is usually reccommended for beginners.

Yeah the “beginner” thing here on the forum is really not helpful to any users because it makes it sound like Ascension is a “weak” subliminal. When in fact it just focused on less things: you and owning yourself. The scope is smaller. But when you think about it, when your mindset is good, and you believe in yourself what else do you need?

I found Emperor to be helpful too. There is no temptation to give in to PMO from my experiences. Also, I’ve experienced a boost in productivity and grit.

Like the earlier posts mention, Ascension and Ascended Mogul are good. Those may be smaller subliminals but they work faster. Looking back, I should’ve started with Ascension, Ascended Mogul as my first sub.
