With LBFH I felt a tinge of sadness using my first washout. Other than that no drawbacks except I was a little too kind for my own taste until the heightened level of self love finally kicked in. Once it did though I started prioritizing my own needs in wants in any situation. That effect only lasted about a week anyway (the surplus kindness).
