I felt that as well and got compliments.
I think it’s a two way with status titles like Khan and Emperor does it. A better self-image, and actual physical shifting (+ inspiration to make tiny subtle changes in behaviour that also change your calorie input/output or physical activity NSE style).

I just felt a wave of uncertainties. I didn’t want to do anything for the past few hours, so I thought I would sleep for an hour or two, but sleep did not come. So I just rested with my head on my table.
Now time to get back to work.

I think Kst2 is Making my shoulders look broad Even though I didn’t do much.
The only major change I made in the last few weeks is I began to sleep on the ground without any padding or bedding just my sheets.
First few days was OK with a bit of soreness but right now it feels really good to sleep on the floor. I use my hand as a pillow.
I’m going to check after a month if i should permanently stop using my bed. But the results have been good so far

Did you just copy/paste the Khan product page on chatgpt and say “write song lyrics for this product”? Tried doing that for Wanted Black and said the message is too long.

I have become more intuitive.
I found some exercises which I like, which also help me during meditations and staying focussed.
Its a subtle feeling but its there.
Like a few times, I know what somebody was going to do a few seconds before they started that action.
It was a good feeling to just know it will come to pass.

I agree. To become someone great, one must shatter the old paradigm. That’s why I want to try running DRR in all of my stacks for a while.
