day 8 - rest + Ascension Chamber (10s)
feeling quite well, potential clients started responding more often which is a good result
day 10 - SB (5s) + RICH (3:30)
Just listened the loops. Got an unusual energy, mental clarity and motivation boost halfway into the RICH - I believe it is SB that started processing by the time because I’ve been listening to RICH for quite some time, I don’t think it would have such effect all of a sudden
so far 5 seconds seem nice. Didn’t expect it to have any noticeable effect at all on me, but seems like my sensitivity has grown
I’m noticing more strategical inclinations with my thinking, and generally feeling a bit different than usual - but can’t pinpoint what exactly feels different
Was just typing a post on how I haven’t been seeing results from RICH lately and wondering if there’s some deeper work is going, or I need to decrease exposure again
But then I realized that I’m getting insane first clients as a freelancer, working with whom will open up a ton of opportunities for me in the near future
I won’t be increasing RICH for a while, it will stay at 3:30. Instead, I’ll focus on AM (45 sec currently, 1 min next time; increasing by 15-30 sec) and Stark Black (5s currently, will be adding 1s each listening day)
Seeing weird dreams, and woke up groggy from a nap. hmmm…
I guess it’s from SB, I also didn’t sleep that well this night… can it really be that 5 seconds is too much?!
I did run it at full loops at some point in the past, but I guess I tapped maximum in 1% of the sub
And even running it at micrloops of 3 min (which I did too) didn’t really allow for fast enough processing and reconciliation, thus, not giving me the necessary results
Yeah, 5 sec kicked my ass in terms of productivity lol. Don’t have the energy for anything today so just chilling

Going to keep doing 1 on 1 off for a few days and take washout after 14 days into the cycle. And then the next cycle I’m going to try doing 1 on 1 off, 14 days total
I can confirm WB affected my dreams even with short exposure. I believe it is possible for SB to be the culprit.
WB always gives me a peculiar kind dream.
It is very distinct that I can tell easily if it’s from WB or not.
The subs can affect our sleep quality when we are processing it at night, and apparently using short loops is not that different.
Yeah, seeing dreams and having bad sleep are my signs of recon/processing
Also, some dreams were related to intelligence (and SB has lots of intelligence scripting), so I’m 100% sure that it’s the culprit.
I just find it insane, thinking about how much potential to grow I have if just 5 seconds are already causing me some recon. Who will I become once I work through all of the issues and reconcile everything that the sub has to offer?
ngl I’ve been processing ever since that SB loop. Had recon, mostly in apathy and inability to be productive/get pleasure from work. Been missing deadlines just because couldn’t bring myself to work
Socialized a bit and it helped though. Realized some important things I need to work on, so it’s a blessing in disguise

Today feeling MUCH better compared to 5 sec. Still seeing some dreams though but my sleep quality is way better. But I’m noticing some recon signs, especially pessimism and iritabillity. I think it’s from SB
Current plan is to build up to 10 sec of SB (because I like round numbers), and maybe running that for a while, focusing more on AM and RICH.
I do notice that I became more masculine mentally and confidence wise, and that’s at 30-45 sec of AM.
just finished processing Stark Black and realized that I felt shitty last few days with low energy and productivity BECAUSE of it lol
I’m not ready for SB, clearly. I guess I’m better off doing OG Stark for now, and trying SB later
3 sec SB loop was better than 5 but I think it’s just not very productive to use it straight away
@Viktor - while those short loops certainly worked, this title is just too much at my current level of development. But I guess it’s confirmed now that even loops as little as 5 sec work
just reflecting back on the past few days, current me (without recon) would have beaten the shit out of past me (with recon) for those feelings of hopelessness, lol

That’s a good judgment.
If your goals are aligned with SB, using OG Stark will give you more bang for your buck than 3s of SB.
It’s also surprising to see that I’m not the only one who got consistent effects (both results & recon) from this very low exposure. I’m thankful to you for also taking the experiment and reporting on how it went.

Took a 3 days of washout, felt like it’s enough. Reflecting back, in the last couple of cycles I’ve learnt more things about myself than in the past couple of years honestly lol
I’m talking about some specific likes and dislikes, things that give me energy/drain my energy, etc.
Man, recon is so sneaky. Or, should I say, the integration of results is so smooth and natural - I don’t notice them and think that nothing is happening
And today I again thought that nothing is happening until I realized that I nearly doubled my productivity today, focusing on most essential tasks, implemented some changes to my work space (changed its position in the room, changed my chair, etc.)
