I dropped Primal Seduction temporarily for Regeneration

Been a while buddy, but I guess I can add to this thread here of you’re still interested. I ran PS + EQ for a month. At the end of the month I felt lethargic, hit a plateau, and I lost libido.
Perhaps it was too much? Or is that the EQ effect of not being too interested in intimacy. I wish it wasn’t the case, I really liked EQ. I felt good inside, like my inner strength is coming back. I might be going back to EQ + PS before January armed with DR.
Libido is back with a vengeance this week though.
