Shying away from alpha titles because you don’t want to get “horny” shows you have a blatant lack of control of your sexual energy, I’d recommend strict dopamine detoxes before optimizing a monk mode protocol.
I’d recommend working with Ascension for 3-5 cycles before even touching Emperor. Especially if you’re new to Subliminal Club.

Monk mode is period of enhanced focus, discipline, and productivity where you commit yourself to completing a goal.

Ironically, Emperor used to have a bad reputation here for making people asocial. Now all of a sudden it’s not a good sub for going monk mode? Emperor is a sub that you can guide but it takes time to master it. If you’re a newbie, go with Ascension or Ascended Mogul and stack it with Godlike Masculinity which is known for developing discipline. Leave Emperor alone for now. It’s not a sub for newbies.

This will hinder his goal as his attention will be focused to achieve these goals either by sex or masturbation . So he will fall to achieve his intention . Remember goals comes first sure you know this .

Alex Becker has a similar idea he calls “Nofap Beast Mode”. He learned enough of the C# and Java languages in about a week (from scratch no less) to make a working prototype of a simple shooter game.
