I’m still running my custom at the moment. I just went through my washout, but I’m still resting a few more days until things settle. The new schedule is really going to be rest days as needed vs a rigid schedule maybe. I think I’m sensitive enough to ZP I might even be able to get away with a loop a week. I’m still waiting to hear back from support to form a better strategy.
I have been thinking about running Sanguine lately alongside my custom. The nervous/endocrine system is a really good point, but since quantum limitless has to do with learning I think that might be too much recon stirred up alongside my custom. Learning/intelligence/productivity are unfortunately major pain points for me and would be best addressed alone. Or if there was a title that dealt with the purely physical restoration of the nervous/endocrine system that would work.
Yeah, actually a good simple title might be taking the whole nervous system modules from quantum and turning it into a title. I think so many people dont realize the importance of those systems working optimally. These days those 2 systems of our body are under heavy attack and strain.
I know exactly what you mean. People think I’m crazy but I miss the days when social media wasn’t a thing. I was probably the last person I know to get a mobile phone. I was so against it because I still really dislike that people can just randomly call or text someone at any time. I hate that feeling of always having to be available. It feels like being a slave to a device.
I used to be able to at least get off of work and just detach from my job. Right now with being a live in care giver that’s not an option
I am always exhausted and emotionally drained.
My Wife and I are working on getting our own place but that could take a while.

Yeah 100%. And i dont think stimulants are necessarily bad but when your nervous system is under constant stress your just adding to the fire by doing that. Its a bandage approach to the root problem

I’ve had days like this, it’s a horrible cycle. I limit my intake of anything caffeine based because the comedown and the next day are brutal. I don’t know how people do it every day. Either I respond differently to it or everyone else is just ignoring the metabolic strain on their body.

Yeah their just ignoring their body. Most people these days need a morning coffee and especially an afternoon coffee as a pick me up. Like Jcast said the adrenal fatigue(afternoon crash is a massive symptom of this) It is a vicious cycle for sure
