Running Dragon Reborn Stage 1 with the new headphones. I may run The Elixir later just out of curiosity. I am aware of my progress and I’m incredibly grateful for it. Right now more than anything I want to become and set the example for those around me of what a mentally and emotionally mature and stable person is.

I continue to run primarily Dragon Reborn Stage One as the headphones I purchased recently seem to expand on the results I was receiving previously. Because I have a higher quality set of headphones I also began running a meditation program I have. It’s fairly well known as one of the original brain entrainment meditation programs. Last night was the first day with that.
As of right now my plan is to remain with Dragon Reborn Stage one until the end of March

Restarting the DDP Yoga Beginner program tomorrow. I feel as I grow mentally and emotionally that having the physical ability and energy to do what I need to do is incredibly important. Waiting on a custom I ordered and I will give an update when that is received. Running Renaissance Man Solace at the moment

Not really a focus so I haven’t been paying attention to that. Renaissance Man is in my custom as well as the first two stages of Dragon Reborn
I definitely feel a huge increase in my self worth.
