Does Ascension contains suggestions to take salt and the knowledge of the 48 laws of Power?

But I’m curious how do subs work to make our intuition tell us to ingest salt (and pink salt only).

It might be because as we heal more and more, our intuition just gets back to its natural state where it knows very well what we need, because as we heal, parts of us which were asleep get activated again, and we start functioning better and better.

Or it might work in other way, I don’t have enough knowledge about the ZP technology.

It’s a mystery that I won’t speculate on.

Could be that your subconscious already knew that because it’s gathering data (whether you’re aware of it or not) and running subs simply “unlocks” the information already stored within you. So you probably learned that without knowing it, and now you’re aware of it.

The assumption here is that subliminals act to tell your subconscious what it could not figure out on its own, or that the subliminal was the root cause of experiencing a communication with your intuition that you hadn’t experienced before.

Lots of subliminals have suggestions in common, ie the primer, as well as objectives. One of the objectives of Ascension is “Develop and Embrace a physically and emotionally healthy lifestyle.” I’d say that’s where the motivation came from to bring the intuition about the salt to you. But knowing what is best for you specifically? That’s something only your greater being (a term I’ll use in place of subconscious) can do, not a subliminal. If there were specific dietary suggestions built in to the subs, that could cause all sorts of medical issues.

That’s where the design principles of Zero Point come into play, in opening the greater being to ask the question of what the new desired state or objective means to you, or the steps to get there, because you’re at the center. Same as if Alchemist etc made specific religious suggestions it could be problematic.

But as to why salt, I don’t think we give ourselves enough credit sometimes for knowing intuitively what is right for us. You just got the motivation/desire to make your lifestyle healthier from the sub, and then you figured it out from there.

Just to chime in on the lactose debate.

Lactose intolerance is ricing rapidly, all around the world.

But I’ve been carnivore for a time and a common theme from carnivores from all around the world is, that they don’t tolerate processed milk.
Heating the milk kills all the enzymes and bacteria in the milk and homogenisation destroys the natural structure of fats.

But most of them noticed, that they can easily tolerate raw milk.

@SuperSaiyan so, since you’re drinking raw milk, you should be good.

For me this is because the world’s population health in the world is decreasing, and part of that is due to unhealthy lifestyles.

Like I stated before, almost everything is bad these days (salt, cow meat, milk, etc.) and that is because these foods are not produced in an organic way or at least not in a less artificial and cheap way that has only profit in mind.

But it also has to do with unhealthy lifestyles. As you do more physical exercise in quantity, quality, intensity, and in variety, or as you start being more in nature, as examples, the lesser the foods that are bad for you.

When I was very sick, I also couldn’t drink cow milk for some months. Today I can drink as much as I want.

Except if it’s contaminated with harmful bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, or tuberculosis, which raw milk is prone to

It isn’t just lactose intolerance, a lot have changed. I can still drink on tap water and many who follow me ends up in a hospital. More babies are raise differently now a days, I would never call it modern because it makes them weak. Even some fruits are now considered deadly.

Not just unhealthy lifestyles but environmental responsibilities. In my spare time I collect plastics anywhere, as plastics (made by humans contribute to medical problems) they contaminate the ocean and eaten by fishes and humans.

If you’ve been sick without taking medicine on your childhood it actually good for your immune it will make you become stronger.

I think this is all a matter of hygiene. I’ve drank hundreds, if not thousands of liter of raw milk over the last 15 years and never had a single problem.
