Do modules of once custom bond with another custom?

Do the modules of a certain custom work for the cores of that specific custom or do they bleed up into other customs? Does the order matter? @Meng123 hopefully some wisdom

The modules in one custom will affect the modules in other customs as well but wont be as immediate as having it in the same custom

Having result enhancers in each subliminal will make their effects more immediate in the subliminal in question. However, they will have an effect on all subliminals in the stack. So, ultimately, it depends on you, since both approaches can work. If you don’t have space anymore for modules, one custom with Mosaic is good. If you have the space, feel free to add it to both.
