How would you run this stack, which subs on the same day or only one sub per day?
Would you start with 30sec and increase by 10sec?
When starting with 1 title and introducing one title per cycle which one would you start with?

This is very accurate to my experience with HeO.
When you use HeO, you don’t uphold discipline just for the sake of it, you do it for a higher purpose.
It’s one of the most powerful boost for discipline that I’ve ever experienced
The focus feels indirect in HeO.
It’s much more obvious & easier when you use RM:UWX or LE.

ASBR for excellence but it can also be for intelligence
ASBR has general cognition and innovation. Limitless helps with mastery of different types of cognitive abilities.

Not really. There are types of cognition that are out of general cognition’s scope.
So with SB I can not specialize, so pity 
How can then SB can create innovative specialize things if he can specialize in his thinking?
Just use SB and innovate new things, like things that doesn’t exist, make a lot of money, easy peasy.
I do not know, with general thinking I am not sure if I am able.
