Firstly, the people around you mostly are mirroring what is inside you. Ask yourself what it is in you, what belief, that makes them act that way.
Example
In my early Teens, I was bullied all the time. Know I know, that I felt unlovable. And that’s how the others reacted to my conviction and aura.
Then I made one major experience that are me really felt loved by God and the teenagers I spent time with.
After that, everything changed also in school. Because I changed on the inside.
Secondly, you can own the joke, the stereotype.
Example
I’m german and have lots of polish friends. In Germany there’s this stereotype of polish people stealing everything. Although it’s true to some extent, it’s just a minority, but everyone gets bashed for it. So some of my friends start telling jokes about Poles stealing stuff. It takes the wind out the sails of there jokes if you can give the correct answer faster then them. Bring the pun before they can.
Once I visited a polish priest with some friends. After we said goodbye, we noticed, that the car key is in the car and the car locked itself. So we called the locksmith. When the locksmith Was done and paid, our friend saw us. When we told him what happened, he asked “Why didn’t you ask for my help? I was not always a priest” dead serious.
Even today I’m not sure if he was serious, but laughter takes a lot of seriousness out of situations.

While true to some extent I don’t like this because it puts the responsibility on you for dealing with the shit behavior of other people.
Just because someone is battling with something internally doesn’t give other people the right to pick on them.

I’m from Syria and I am living in San Francisco.
The way I see it is is this
We listen to subs
They feel our power and ambition
Disorients them
They play whatever power game they can default to as to regain power
This is natural man that they would make stereotypes because they’re in a very competitive social game and they are unhappy (mostly) so it’s not personal… the best way I’ve found to counter this is to make a reputation for being the polar opposite of said stereotype.
For instance; with Arabs you’d think (no thanks to media) bad guy, overly zealous guy, weird cryptic messages guy.
So I embody good (through my ethics, I always do my work and don’t complain and provide others support)
I always display a zen balance to topics where the locals are super invested in topics to the point of religion.
I communicate clearly, I tweaked my accent (almost two years here) I worked on my speech (no fillers etc) and this just gives me power they can never take away
is like @Malkuth said nicely, if you’re going to invest your energy mostly into the long term goals then portray this mask of being the virtuous opposite to every stereotype, and long term accumulate dignity like it’s a bulwark.
You’ll do just fine brother; if it really gets to you… please consider emperor will to power

Emperor The Will of Power might be too much for this. What he is going through is mainly about knowing how to love yourself enough and see enough value in yourself to stand up for yourself.

I think what he is going is just the common xenophobia and common mean stupid attitudes that immigrants always face. Which I think is a good thing because it forces you to grow a backbone! You can face it and rise or you can cry and sink. No need to waste large subs like Khan or Emperor The Will of Power on that. Ascension + Love Bomb will do wonders and fast.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve encountered. It’s disheartening to know that there are still individuals who hold such ignorant views. My parents also faced similar challenges in the 1980s, a period marred by intolerance and the presence of skinheads who harbored unjust prejudices against those who didn’t fit their narrow perception of being english.
Growing up I felt the hardship at school being the only non white. Fortunately these people who think this way are a minority. Keep your head down get the experience under your belt and move on.
Stark OG and give you more of thick skin so you can laugh at their comments and think to yourself wow I feel sorry for these ignorant individuals.

Be friendly and happy even if they are not so kind to you. Most probably the kindness you gave to them will always return to you.
Then perhaps you will get promoted, you’ll land another opportunity with a much bigger income.

Thank you to everyone who took their time to understand my situation and reply.
I did have a think about it and decided that replying with anger is certainly not the answer, I’ll try my best to keep my cool and positive attitude and not pay as much attention whenever I do face those issues from them.
Seems like this is just a part of life that we sometimes have to deal with, but also a good opportunity to build our character, so I’ll just take it as that

Schwarzenegger was also an immigrant to America and he used the doubt, the naysayers and the people telling him it is impossible as drive to move forward.
Not everyone can do that but it is a nice inspiration of what is possible and how far he came.
